Kenpo is Wyked

Watched another video on FB of a guy doing this but was also using the bb like an oar and paddling with it while in the static position. Dude was also doing twists. Thought that might be right up your alley of crazy ab work. ;)

I do 300 situps but i feel thats not enough to get me abs i only do them oncea week . Maybe time to push for more reps or variations.

May I suggest Russian Twists, WheeloDeath (ab wheel rollouts) and my decline sit-ups.

Russian twists for sure. Not that I've done them in forever....

Abs are built in the kitchen brother. Do all the crunches you want but you can't change the shape or muscle insertions, only size, and as long as bf is too high they won't be visible. Dexter Jackson has never trained abs, nor many others with great abs. And ultra high rep work probably isn't the best way to increase their size - train them like any other muscle. 6-20 reps/set against resistance of some kind to make that the natural failing point, or time under tension appropriate for hypertrophy. Lots of compound movements, especially beltless, will promote a big powerful core as well. But again, you will only see it if you are lean enough.

Thanks I'll be changing my diet very soon once I start this lean FX its onnn

Are you able to do these when your back is not doing so great. I find the kill my lower back, thinking my form must suck on them lol

Actually yes. My wife claims that they hurt her back as well. Now remember that I do these from the kneeing starting position.

I will definitely give this a try as i figure out how to edit my diet out . I feel the harder i work and more i learn about diet , better off ill be . Thanks kenpoengineer!

I agree with the diet advice. I use my flexed and totally relaxed waist measurement as an indication of fat gain.

I assume the low back issue is on the ascension? You can try doing very slow descents and then resetting without coming up. This may bulls the core strength up to where you're using less low back.

It's strange, I don't feel any back pain during the lift, it's afterwards during recovery. Since dropping the weight on the bar to 120 I haven't had any issues. I'm thinking it's just weakness of the leg muscles and will go away as I build muscle.

Final review up in post 2. Thanks for following along everyone!! Thanks to Marms and Mind and Muscle! Keep slaying the iron!

Damn, that video was intense. Sounds like you are enjoying this product 8-)

Final Review:

Thanks to Marms and Mind and Myscle for allowing me to try their reformulated PWO called Wyked 3.0. Also a hearty thank you to everyone that followed my log.

Summary
1) Mixes well but need to swirl as you drink it.
It tastes just like Countrytime lemonade.
2) No HR, BP, jitters, stim dck, GI issues or crash. Hang time is about 3 hours (fasted).
3) Good focus and mood effects.
4) My sweet spot was 1.5 scoops.
5) No artificial dyes - love this!
6) Pump was non-existent but I seem to never respond well to pump supplements.
7) Mild thermogenic effects were felt.

All the best to you all!

Very good review Mark. Seems it does everything one would expect a good pwo to do.
