Kenpo is Wyked

DMAA is one of those compounds that screws me. I get one of the worst frontal lobe headaches every time I take it. Really sucks because there were products out that I really liked but the headaches were just too insane.

It's been so long since I've used it that I don't know if I'd like it now or not. I wonder if I was taking it that year I got massive headaches...?
 
Chances are it was if it was at least 3 years ago.

Thank you Mark. As you probably know from my logs - I tolerate a high amount of stims. Wyked is smooth and clean. I'm increasing the dose to 1.5 scoops. Their website lists dosage at 2 scoops for my weight (high end). From the website:

Body weight (lb)

>200 take 3 scoops
>165 <199 take 2.5 scoops
>132 < 164 take 2 scoops
> 99 < 131 take 1.5 scoops
> 66< 98 take 1 scoop
 
Wyked increased to 1.5 scoops today!

i think you're lifting some pretty solid weight at deadlift especially considering that you're working through back pain. you should be proud because a lot of people once they get to the point of it affecting their functionality don't come back from it let alone be able to lift heavy weights again.

Watched another video on FB of a guy doing this but was also using the bb like an oar and paddling with it while in the static position. Dude was also doing twists. Thought that might be right up your alley of crazy ab work. ;)
