I need to try reverse grip one of these days. I do a ton of incline press too. I've seen huge improvements in my chest since I switched from flat

I use this technique but always feel unsafe during both the "mount" and "dismount". Lol. Since I train alone I'm always looking to be safe.Try resting them on your knees and falling back with your knees supporting them. If you haven't already, that is.
