It is perfectly acceptable to flick her in both nipples as hard as possible when she does this intentionally to cause you pain as long as you laugh while doing it. Just Saying! To them it is a funny joke and okay as long as they are laughing while doing it. Turn about is fair play...Lol, I straight up tell her that they're sensitive and it doesn't feel good for her to mess with them when they're like that, so of course she has to deliberately do it moreso now I just try to keep my mouth shut and not jump out of my skin when she does it

Ok, really liking heavy Deads on lower hypertrophy day. I'm trying to move up slow so I don't hurt myself but heavy pulls are feeling great on my lower back still. Weighed 178 this morning! Weight is dropping but I can definitely tell the mast and winny are working when I look in the mirror, have cuts for days! I need to get some progress pics up.

How are you feeling now? It's always painful at first but after a good warm-up, I feel great lifting with a mild amount of DOMS. I usually feel great afterwards and especially the next day. The bloodflow helps to clear out some of the leftover metabolites and lactate that hang out in the muscle in the days after heavy exertion.
It took some e,tra warming up to get loosened up, but once I got going I was all good. I'll get my workout up in a few!!

Suggestions on length of pauses. I did GVT training for a while, but my pauses never were more than 2 seconds.
I would advise a type of incremental increase. I don't know your specific programming but possibly something like this could prove beneficial if your periodization and undulation is correct:
Week 1: 2 second pauses
Week 2: 3 second pauses
Week 3: 4 second pauses
Week 4.1: Speed work w/o pauses
Week 4.2: Test for a new single
Week 5: Speed work
Week 6: 2 second pauses
It would obviously take a ton of adjusting but thats the basic idea.

HAHA yep! You want to observe someone's strength curve, find their weakest point, and exploit it. Working up overtime will train her CNS to fire properly out of the whole and switching from the longer pauses to speed work and max effort attempts simply takes advantage of those neurological adaptations
I know things have been super quiet in here. Life man...life. It's been a bit tough lately.
BUT I wanted to share...it's been 1 year since I got serious about making changes in regards to my physical health & fitness. I'm not where I want to be. I need to get some fluff off. However, I'm damn proud of my progress. Hopefully, with the added help of a couch in the near future I can get where I want to be!!

1 year?! That's absolutely amazing! You are doing great. From the looks of it, you are well on your way to getting to where you want to be. ...But I'm not sure how a couch will help.![]()
