Whats the game plan to push your deadlift strength?

I really need to increase my volume on working sets. I might need to consider moving my deadlift day away from legs as well. Definitely something I need to look into further.

Maybe reworking our program to do deads on back day again would help!! I want to get my deadlift weight up too...and my squat weight. It's hard to push both in the same day!

Ugghhh...I gotta find a new program then. Got a bunch of ebooks I need to sit down and read through.

I would choose one over the other and rotate. When I did the similar program to what you are doing, I actually did my heavy Deads on Lower Hyper day. Start with the Deads and do the rest of the lower HT stuff after. That way I could still do heavy Squats on Lower power day.

Not a bad idea. Might try that but still explore some other training options.
 
What about increasing the frequency of your deadlifts and having it 2x per week?

Not a bad idea either. I can try heavy Deads on Lower body hypertrophy days and do some volume work on my lower body power days. Will start there and see how it treats me!

Definitely! Try experimenting with the extremes meaning, on those hypertrophy workouts try within the 15-30 rep range using your secondary pulling stance. Then on the power day stay within the 2-6 rep range using your primary pulling stance.

Well, time to get serious again folks. Just stocked the fridge for the week, and have some good meals planned for me & yates84.

Time to start logging workouts again too, I guess. I've just been so all over place recently(with life & in the gym) that I haven't been logging as much. For that, I apologize.

Yesterday's workout felt solid though....

Warmed up with some BW squats, BW box step-ups, and lightweight shoulder presses.

Sir, salads are for rabbits and turtles. Neither will reach the finish line very quickly in the world of gainz.
No, no, no!!!! BamBam, salads are anabolic!!!!! No really... salads are anabolic. They alkalize your body which is the beginning of the anabolic process. You can build more muscle in an alkalized state. You want an acidic state to occur during the workout to get the metabolic effect on the3 muscle that causes the growth hormone release and what not. However the sooner you get some greens in you to help alkalize after a workout the better. Trust me salads are anabolic.

I agree. Green smoothies are a great option too, if you don't prefer salads. I have a friend who doesn't like the texture of raw greens...so makes a green smoothie every morning!!!

Next cycle will be Anavar & T2. Although I had nice results on the SARM's, I'm going to go with something that has a better proven track record with females. As always...I put my cycle set-up in the best hands possible!!!

Its legit, source has an e****lent track record but we will be keeping a close eye for any sides.
 
Smoothies every morning here. I add coconut oil and PB for dem dere fats.

Spinach, kale, parsley, frozen berries, banana, unsweetened apple sauce, olive or coconut oil, PB, cinnamon, ginger, honey, fresh lemon juice, ground oats, coconut milk, yogourt, whey protein. Love it as a post-workout shake!

You guys are smart and well-studied. That combo will have you covered regardless. I just always remember a friend of mine who got a hold of some 'var' years ago. He absolutely blew up and I had to break it to him that he was actually running Dianavarabol. :/

I don't even want to think about her on dbol, not cool! I'm pretty confident in my source but there's always a chance for sure.

You all would actually be surprised how often low dose DBol is used for females. In low doses it is extremely anabolic and not virilizing from what I have read on several of the true hardcore gear boards. I was shocked to see it recommended myself. VAR is the shiz and you will love it! You starting around 10mg and bumping to 20-ish?

I've got that on my laptop; It's a good documentary. "That Sugar Film", while a different type of docu, is a good watch as well.

It's sad to see what us human beings have done to our food supply. Call me a silly idealist but I would love for communities to start being self-sufficent again. The small mom and pop farmers markets and delis are all slowly being destroyed by unsustainable mass agriculture.


BTW, I'm really diggin' the salad talk. I like to take a huge mixing bowl, fill it up with spinach, broccoli, tomatoes and jalapeno-stuffed olives, and then top it off with a hefty serving of spicy white cheddar macaroni and honey-glazed dry rub BBQ chicken. Oooh baby!

We gotta protect the rampant obesity here in the us. If the fast food market takes a hit our whole economy could collapse. I heard we are going to start making big macs the new form of currency here.

My wife gives me a hard time about my salads, when I eat them. There's always more chicken than lettuce. Like, a nice 5:1 ratio.

My rule is half a pound of chicken first then whatever room is left gets filled with other stuff. 80% chicken sounds about right.
 
I like to pair my salads with a half pound NY strip!!! Last night's dinner!!

It's probably one of my favorite meal combos. Although, I am looking forward to tonight's dinner....spinach, artichoke, & light swiss stuffed chicken breasts, with sautéed lemon green beans & roasted cauliflower. yates84 bring your appetite home with you!!!

It's time to start getting creative in the kitchen again. yates84 is on a lower carb meal plan, but I'm carb cycling. So, I have to plan meals that fit both our needs...keeping the higher fat meals on my low carb days & vice versa. It's tricky, but fun because it's encouraging me to cook more creatively again.

More pay per view or online. It looked like the guy who posted that made it not available here because of copyright issue. Means there is money being made for it in the US so it is considered bootleg here.

How nice to be able to talk real food & the US food system without copping a ton of flack. Such discussion was had on a (McDonalds of all things) thread that ended in a moderator locking it. Admittedly I did get my crank on late one night, and subsequently apologised for getting a bit boisterous, but to have the discussion shut down (I think I was about to get banned from that one) because of upsetting someone's sensitivities around food, production & feeding kids is a bit totalitarian. Equally sad was having said mod reopen the thread so he could post a photo of his pop tart & sugary "treat" laden pantry with the caption "someone call the CPA" is just low & unnecessary. I find absolutely no humour in referencing child protection, none whatsoever. Funny how when you hit a nerve the most sensible & respected people can lash out.

I'm glad that you guys and gals know what's what, but I'm equally glad we can all have our differences & share them respectfully, even humorously.

We are always going to have differences but we are all here for our similarities. Over processed sugary food is nice every once in a while but the way it is consumed in this country by the majority is absolutely rediculous but the fact remains, what other people eat doesn't make me sh1t. I like a pop tart just as much as the next man but I'm focused on my health goals. Sounds like that mod has no business being a mod at all if he is going to bring his opinion in that heavily. Mods are supposed to be neutral. We can discuss anything you want in here civilly because we are all adults and can respect each others differences. Talk away bro! I always get great info from everyone who posts in here and that's why I'm ultimately here, to learn.
