So, my workouts have been all over the place as I try to figure out my next regimen. I enjoyed the GVT training, but I was getting a bit burnt out, post cycle, on it. I really enjoy power days though. So, going to keep my days the same, as far as what muscle group I'm using, and go from there.
Wednesday leg day...
Goblet Squats w/kettlebell

RDL's
45x10x4
Exploding leg press - close stance
90x10x4
Superset...
Leg extensions
40x8x4
Seated leg curls
40x8x4
Kneeling squats on Smith Machine
30x10x4
Split lunges w/Db's
15x8x3
Although it was a bit all over the place & spontaneous, I feel like I got a good workout in none the less.
