Keep going! GH release doesn't start dropping until the 6th month! Even after 2 years the gh increase is nearly 40% over baseline. I would plan on at least a 6 month run tbh.

Never really looked in to cycling mk, could very well be an effective method for dosing.
Yeah, I wonder about 3 months @ 10mg, 3 months @ 20mg, 3 months @ 30mg, then 3 months off. Repeat. Curious to know how that would look in tests.

Its definitely something you have to get used to and sure doesn't make Mondays easy but that is just how my deadlifts work in to my current program. I just throw leg extensions between the squats and deads to give my back at least a few minutes rest before putting it back in action, it seems to be just enough time to let the pump die down a little.I can never do squats and deads on same day

Also got my wife to get some yateswifey pants and she can't get enough of them.
Had to make myself leave the gym this morning, was having a great time lifting. The 30 degree weather provided a little motivation to hang out a little longer too. I wish my company wasn't so cheap, a track hoe with some heat would be fantastic! That's ok, change is coming. I will be leaving my job here pretty soon to be full time in the supplement industry, let's just hope I can be sucessful enough to pay the bills![]()
