Keep going! GH release doesn't start dropping until the 6th month! Even after 2 years the gh increase is nearly 40% over baseline. I would plan on at least a 6 month run tbh.

That's what I'm running 10mg for 3 months 10mg for another 3 months

Tapering up does seem to be the best way to keep the gh release as far above baseline as possible.

Diminishing returns don't occur until 100mg. 25mg was used as the control dose in all the studies and it proved to be effective so I would stick with 30mg for another few months and maybe go up to 40mg.

Yup - maybe drop back to 10mg for 3 months, then bump up to 20mg again. I've started back on 10mg after a break, having finished up at 30mg last time. It's good, I could happily sit at this dose for years...or until an injury comes along...touch wood. 20 - 30mg was great but tiring.

You've only just warmed up on MK Rocket, keep that train rolling! :slaphappy:

Never really looked in to cycling mk, could very well be an effective method for dosing.

Yeah, I wonder about 3 months @ 10mg, 3 months @ 20mg, 3 months @ 30mg, then 3 months off. Repeat. Curious to know how that would look in tests.

Back to work today and I'm pretty sore this morning, hope I don't have too much going on today. I'm going to be picking up pace on my leg workouts, really want to focus on my legs this winter. So far, so good!
 
I can never do squats and deads on same day
I almost fell over last time I tried that lol
Its definitely something you have to get used to and sure doesn't make Mondays easy but that is just how my deadlifts work in to my current program. I just throw leg extensions between the squats and deads to give my back at least a few minutes rest before putting it back in action, it seems to be just enough time to let the pump die down a little.

Had to make myself leave the gym this morning, was having a great time lifting. The 30 degree weather provided a little motivation to hang out a little longer too. I wish my company wasn't so cheap, a track hoe with some heat would be fantastic! That's ok, change is coming. I will be leaving my job here pretty soon to be full time in the supplement industry, let's just hope I can be sucessful enough to pay the bills :)

Uh oh....prepared to be broke!! :D I'm addicted to gym clothes. I need "regular" clothes, but end up only getting gym clothes when I go shopping.

yates84 I left a Great Job 20 years ago to chase a dream of mine, and I have never looked back. I'm sure you will do what ever needs to be done to take care of your family!! Good Luck !
