My pace has picked up considerably here lately and I love it. I truly feel as if I could move not a single other weight when I leave the gym now. After a quick 120g of carbs I'm ready to go again! ( not really but sounds nice ) my motivation off cycle is so much better than when I'm on harsh orals, it's amazing how much of a difference I notice after pct. Guess my body is trying to tell me something...

Barely have the motivation to workout and just go the gym and do my sets.

Towards the end of my cycle I was even leaving work early and putting off responsibilities, just wanted to sit on the couch and do nothing. I'm usually a very motivated and hard working kind of guy and I would like to stay that way, even on cycle.
 
YatesWifey04 nice work!! Leaner, yet heavier is always a good thing. Aside from the leaning I think you made the most progress in your back. It looks great.

My pace was almost too quick today, found myself at failure a few times. Weight and strength are still pretty consistent and it looks like I'm going to keep most of my progress from last cycle. Now for a rest day!
 
Very wicked workout love the 80's on flat dbs!! I was up to 110 for 3 sets of 6 in summer then boom with my arm issues I can barley do 50s :(

Injuries suck, sorry to hear about that. I love flat bench work, it's just that incline that whoops me.

Injuries can really be a punch to the confidence. You'll get back there though. It just takes time. You definitely want to allow yourself to heal fully, before pushing it again though.

Was definitely dragging today but I made it through! Today was a rest day for the rest of the day, sat around the house and hung out with the family. Now, just gotta make it through the rest of this week! Christmas is almost here and I'm really excited to see my kid open all his stuff. Will definitely post some pics!

Having kids on Xmas is amazing. I don't care what I get and just sit on the couch and watch them tear through there stuff. There really isent w better feeling in the world.

Deloading this week so workouts are extra boring. Did a few sets of squats with 135 and some leg extensions and hammies. Going to hit a light chest and arms tomorrow and then I'm off until Tuesday, at which point things will start getting real serious in here! Deloading isn't so bad, only good things can follow. Keep it up brother!

Hope everyone has a merry Christmas! I will be back in here on Tuesday, rested up and ready to tear the gym down!

Dude yeah, that stimul8 and hydro3 combo is killer. I even tried throwing a scoop of CU in there the other day, but I think it was a little too much PWO for me. Which is saying a lot.

No kidding, I'm broke as hell, got tr1umph and conquer with a LJ100 in the cart though. Already got a conquer and hydro3 coming from nutriverse so I thought I'd try LJ.

Helllloooo!!! I've been MIA on here this week...because LIFE! Spare time has been dedicated to shopping, wrapping presents, working with the little one on potty learning, & trying to clean & organize before the Christmas toy chaos hits!! Although, I haven't been logging my workouts, I'm still hitting the gym like normal.

I'm 10 days out from the end of my cycle & things are going well. Strength is maintaining well, and I'm leaning back up some. Holding pretty steady at 120 - 121lbs, weight wise. Let's hope things keep going smoothly the further out I get.

I hope everyone has a fantastic Chritmas and/or Holiday!! I am so excited about seeing our little one's face in the morning. Oh, and I have a few surprises, under the tree, for yates84 too!! ;)
