Keeping Up With The Yates': A Couple's Training Log

That's the thing, I feel great! If I thought it was body stress my cycle would be done without question but I'm not quite sure atm. I think it might be stomach related since I've been off my nexium for a few days (no idea why either). I will keep a watch over things and if I get feeling bad or have any signs of liver stress I will start pct right away. I try and practice some of what I preach ;)

Plus, you have a nagging ol' lady that will preach to you what you preach to others!! ;)

This is as far as I made it today, still feeling nautous as hell. I think I will be dropping the epistane and will ride the trest out until Saturday. Will get some final pics up this weekend. Now it's time to heal up and start planning my next move
 
Holy shiz....sorry for slacking on updates. Mom & adult life gets hectic sometimes. I was going to wait & update in the morning, but can't sleep because I have a toddler asleep on my chest & anytime I move he starts to wake up. He was/is home sick for Dada. So, I figured I should catch up.

I was up to 122lbs on the RAD, but am back down to 121lbs. Maybe the rapid weight gain is slowing down....or maybe my cals were just off for a couple days. I'm really enjoying seeing myself fuller, and feeling stronger. The Osta seems to be kicking in & really helping with recovery, with a few of my aches, and with my nagging wrist!!! I'm only 11 days in, and I can't wait to see what the rest of this run holds!!

Stopping Nexium does that to me. However your gains have been phenomenal so dropping the Epi would be good or the whole cycle for that matter. Although trest is basically methylated in the same way that Vitamin C is from my understanding.

Hmmm...so maybe I'm just a dumbass and it wasn't methyl related. 7a methyl is definitely no big concern for the liver, especially td.
 
yates84 you are so silly!! Although, that depression may get you when you do finally come off.

Never has before, I think I will be fine. I can't believe I didn't get any atrophy this cycle, that is mind blowing for the amount of time I was on.

I should have gone heavier but I just wasn't feeling it today. I guess that epistane strength is gone already. 135 is solid for reps but look at last week's cleans...

Yeah you did a little higher weight last week, but you were at a higher working overall and consistent with it.

Agreed, good point. It's definitely the time for consistency in the gym and in the kitchen. I'm planning on keeping these gains by any means possible!

I might start taking ur approach to bulking cut first then bulk! Cos at 172 u look pretty big, and u get to notice what's muscle increase and what's fat increase better.

I agree. With him getting his bf% so low before bulking the definition & growth is so much more noticeable.

There is definitely a benefit to a bulk after a deep cut. The super compensation effect is great however you want to get into the single digits and have been dieting for at little bit. It also helps if you are typically lean by nature. If not you still need to reverse diet out of a cut to keep that fat off going past 2-3 weeks. The approaches are different depending on body type and metabolism.
 
I hope everyone had a fun & safe Halloween. We sure did!! We took the little one door to door trick or treating for the first time & he had a blast!! I've been super busy helping my mom move since Friday morning. So, I hope to get the chance later today to sit down & really type out my updates.

Ok...I've been MIA from updates because I was helping my Mom move over the weekend. It was a weekend log workout. I averaged about 7 miles a day with 80% of that being up & down stairs while carrying stuff. The only break we really took was to take the little one trick or treating.

Saturday's workout was crap. I was so tired & fatigued. Everything felt heavy. I think my CNS was just shot after pushing myself Friday & then not sleeping well for 2 nights in a row. Hubby & I went to the Gold's Gym by my Mom's this time. I think that will be our new spot while at the beach!

I skipped calf raises because my calves were already super sore from all the stair climbing.

I am so ready to get back in our gym tomorrow, after eating properly and a full day of rest today. My body definitely needed it.

I'm still holding steady at 121lbs, but upped my RAD dose to 8mg today. So, we'll see what the next few weeks holds with that. I will try to get some updated pics up tomorrow!!
