I was up to 122lbs on the RAD, but am back down to 121lbs. Maybe the rapid weight gain is slowing down....or maybe my cals were just off for a couple days. I'm really enjoying seeing myself fuller, and feeling stronger. The Osta seems to be kicking in & really helping with recovery, with a few of my aches, and with my nagging wrist!!! I'm only 11 days in, and I can't wait to see what the rest of this run holds!!
