Getting surgery on my torn labrum in a couple weeks, question is what steps could I take to maintain as much mass as possible while not being able to workout for 3 months. Any supps or sarms I could take to help me.
I had the surgery dude.. After a few weeks, I was in the gym riding the stationary bike and doing 1 armed squats on the Smith machine. Lol.
As for upper body? Forget about it.. You're not going to be able to keep anything up there.
When you can workout though, it all comes back.

Agreed. Hard to keep size if it's an upper body surgery. My recommendation would be to recover fully and come back strong and like said above size will come back in time.
Muscle memory is real you shall be rewarded for your hard work brother as your gains will return swiftly! Try not to stress it even though that's harder than it sounds
Ostarine and MK677 healed my torn bicep up beautifully, it was really bad too. 6cms long, something like 1cm wide and deep after 6 weeks I could train lightly again. No deformation, it is still smaller than my left now, but it looks normal
