keeping dbol gains

we all know dbol is a great bulking agent but most of the users lose those gains after they come off....so how do we keep gains made from dbol?
 
You lose the "gains" because most of it is water.
 
1) nutrition
2) solid training
3) solid PCT
4) don't run it alone, get test

Totally agree with this. Gotta keep training as hard as you were while using the Dbol, keep eating, and if you run it with another comound it will definately help carry the weight. If you're doing dbol only, I guess the only other supplement i know of that makes you retain water is creatine. Then again, losing water weight isn't a bad thing.
 
run it lower and longer
6-8wks at 30mg instead of 4wks at 40-50mg
and of course all the above
 
hmm thats what i was thinking but i was to run it for 6weeks max as its liver toxic...ll it be ok with my liver running it low for 8 weeks?
