Keep testicles working on HRT

Hi all. I have low test and inject 50mg of test e every 3rd day. I am confused as why my dr isnt giving me somthing to keep my own testicles producing tests as well. Wont they eventually shut down complelty or does this not ALWAYS happen.

Here are my tests from 5/23. I know, I know there isnt a e2.

Luteinizing Hormone (LH) 0.26
SGPT (IU/L) 47
PROLACTIN 6.76
FSH (FOLICLE STIMULATING HORMONE 1.22
LIVER (LDH) ? 38

So Ive been injecting test e every 3rd day for about 4 weeks and had my blood taken again 7/3.

This time I gave my urologist a list of what I wanted tested per Dr. John. Dr. called and said all test levels where fine, what that means I dont know.

Im going to get a hard copy and will post #'s later this week for people to help me figure what they all mean.

Anyway, sorry for rambling. My question again is will my testicles keep producing test or will they stop and shrink down. I tried to get him to give me HCG or clomid (I think) be he's like the number are fine.

Isnt my LH like way out of wack and FSH is a little low 2.

Yes, without HCG your testis will shrink and stop producing T, assuming they had that capability.

Mind you, it is not end of the world assuming that you get enough T via injections.
50*7/3=116mg/week
That may or may not be enough.
Depends on your SHBG level.
You will find out from your blood test.
The (small) problem is that when latter on you will go on HCG you will have to go thru another adjustment period.
At the moment, count your blessings, you got a doctor who is working with you.
Not easy task to accomplish.

When posting blood test results, post numbers, units, ranges.
If possible do your tests at Quest Diagnostics and draw blood at Quest.
