I want to start by saying thank you to Rocket3015 and GSN for giving me the chance to try their preworkout NitroNOX! Rocket sent me the pinacolada NitroNOX, a shaker, and even sent one of his shirts from his business!! I received it last week and have been waiting patiently to be able to start it this week! I just finished a deload week to allow my body to recover.

Fixed 1/2 a scoop to start in about 6oz of water. Taste was not too sweet but very strong pinacolada flavor. I immediately got the nice little tingle of the beta alanine. Energy and focus kicked in pretty quick too! I had no trouble hitting the ground running as soon as I got to the gym at 5 am this morning! I did run out of steam towards the end of my workout but it was not due to lack of stimulation. I can still feel the effects now, more than 3 hours after drinking it!

That's crazy! I usually try half to test! It's definitely strong so no need to do any more!

Went back at lunch and did 30 mins of cardio. I'm already getting sore- should be a fun week! Lol

Happy Thursday! Yesterday was a rest day. I thoroughly enjoy the extra sleep! Muscles are still sore but they loosened up a bit once I got moving.

Fixed 1/2 scoop of NitroNOX nitro colada this morning and drank it on the way to the gym. Kicked in within 20 mins! Had. Great workout! Wore me smack out too! NitroNOX kept me rolling pretty quickly though.

Was very close to explaining gym etiquette to a couple this morning ...as they did Db rows on the rack blocking the 10-60lb dbs.... I just had to walk away.

Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful long weekend! Ours was great! Lil man his very first home run in his first baseball game! It was very exciting! It was an in field hit as well! Too funny! I finished and delivered the cake successfully. Didn't get very good pictures but I'll attach a couple. It's hard to see but he 2nd tier from the bottom has 1 Corinthians 13 (the love scriptures) on it.

My workout this morning was brutal but awesome! I left knowing I had given every ounce I had!

Good morning! Went at lunch yesterday and got in 30 mins of cardio. Did a mixture of elliptical, jogging, and cycling. Cooked dinner for hubby last night. He does a lot of the cooking when he's home so it was nice to do it all myself and treat him! (Plus it was healthy...shhhh don't tell him)

Good morning! Finally feeling better and not so run down. Endurance was much better today! I am pretty sore though, so that was a nice challenge this morning. I usually have a rest day before my 2nd push/pull days but since I took Monday off, I skipped that in order to get all of it in before the weekend. Once I got the blood flowing all was good! Let me tell you I am some kind of crazy mess in my workouts! I should take a before and after to show the damage! Hahahaha

I also bumped up my dose to 3/4 a scoop with the NitroNOX! I really think that helped with the energy and endurance as well!
