I hate your volume. Makes me feel insufficient.
Good morning everyone! This week will wrap up my C2K log! I will give a final review then but I will say I have enjoyed this product! Had a newbie come with my friend this morning so that was fun! Took a little longer working her into the sets but she did a good job for her 1st time! Focused primary on her form today especially since she hasn't lifted in a while or heavy ever. I am waiting another week on MD partially because being too busy to read over and set it all up. Also because of my back/hips with the meadow rows and deads. Grrr I may have to give in and get a massage. It cramped up pretty bad this morning- guess I was pushing too hard. Back Wide grip pulldowns 70x12 85x12 Circuit: Wide grip pulldown 100x12 105x10 110x8 120x6 Dickersons 40x12 45x10 50x8 55x6 Seated rows 100x12 105x10 120x8 140x2/120x6-cramped up High cable rope rows 47.5x12 55x10 60x8 65x6 Underhand BB row 95x10 105x8 115x6 ISO lateral rows (center bar- 1 arm at a time) 90x10 115x8 135x6 PR!!! Cardio on the menu for lunch.

Kat, do u train with a belt?
Lol yep- I used my legs to push me back! Haha Thanks girl! Just wanna be my best! Yes, I have and you rock it girl!!Do u have a hard time getting into position with 140 on ur seated rows? ( since we both weigh 135, lol..)... I have a hell of a time with that, ha ha.... Girl, u r a pwr house! Well, u seen my vid of pull downs, lol.... I gotta step up my game here! U r catching up to me! Wtf? ( big eyes) U r a machine Kat, I like!![]()

If you can avoid it I would make your core your belt. Power lifters should wear belts as they train a lot of singles.
My core is strong as fk, n I use a belt . It keeps things tight n tiny, lol....
It helps me get through my sh!t with 2 compressed disks, lol....
Belt FTW....
Than again I'm shaping my body to look a certain way.
Big shoulders wide back small waist etc...

I use a belt on anything over 200, no matter the rep count. I noticed that my lower back is used less when I use a belt.
Taco salad is what I had too. 96% lean beef, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, Greek yogurt, salsa, and a couple hard shells all broken up. Thought I had some black beans but I couldn't find them.
never thought of it that way, you use it to keep a more narrow waste. I kind of get it, I tend to be a bit overdeveloped in my lower obliques. I am fine when I am really low but it can make me look a bit thick wasted in the off season.
lunch- quinoa salad with lots of yummies: zuchinni, asparagus, spinach, local tomatoes, mushrooms, and pork tenderloin
And dinner Taco salad with lots of veggies too!
wow how can it be I am already hungry this damn early??Taco salad is what I had too. 96% lean beef, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, Greek yogurt, salsa, and a couple hard shells all broken up. Thought I had some black beans but I couldn't find them.
Hate to see your log ending Kat. Will you be running another one, or continuing this?
Yes, I will be taking pics next week and posting them. Will u b posting pics? It would b nice to compare with the pics u took at the beginning of this log...![]()
Oh, n btw, I tried the 50's ? Not a chance lol.... 30's yes, 50's no way in hell.... Kudos to u.....![]()
wow how can it be I am already hungry this damn early?? kat - as a rule I generally don't even do pork (tho I will have some ham here & there), but that looks absolutely scrumptious turf - yeeeaaahh buddy, my kinda taco salad there good stuff you two!
that's all right - if you had to skip one, that would be the one to missSo, we actually skipped decline due to the only bench being occupied!
Thanks snag! That's reassuring!
Side note-- checked back and got PR's on incline and OHP! Yay! I like dropping the reps back- leaves some umph for going heavier!![]()
Very nice!!
Gal I'm liking what I see! How long would you say your energy lasts after your workouts?
Dang girl you are strong!! Nice workout as always!! And you know I will be following along your Maca log![]()

Good job on the PR's and yet another solid session. Your recent meals look very tasty indeed!
