You may also want to check out Pre Jym PWO. Very similar to OL's Conquer minus the AMP Citrate

I too buy the bulk (flavorless). Pretty inexpensive. Wife won't let me open the tub if she's in the kitchen though, she says it stinks. \(--)/

This reminds me, I owe a review for a sample. The whole sample pack was way too much for me and had me uncomfortable sweating and stunned out for about 30m. After that initial feeling though, I was in the zone and had awesome pumps. Should've tried 1/2 the sample to start...

Love me some Stimul8...

I'm a stim freak too but had to cut the Stim8 to half a scoop and then add a half scoop of Ignite 2. That's a perfect ratio for me. Still sweat like I'm in a hot box though. Clothes are wringing wet after every session.

No matter how hard I tried I could get comfortable with Stimul8, it's pretty potent. I think I am a hyper responder to the thermo in it. Some can take it some can't. I am sort of sensitive to stims though even though I take a lot, I always seem to get good stim effect over time.

The stimul8 kills me. I sweat all day, usually lift around 10 and still don't sleep and I was only taking half a scoop. It's extremely potent if you have ANY stimulant sensitivity, it can be rough

Well some just love it, it's good there and different products like this. Some like the really strong stuff. The guy I sold mine to really liked it.

Oh I'm not knocking it. I like a lot of the fina line don't get me wrong. That one was brutal. I need to get my tub mailed out. Haven't had the time or money to ship it the last 2 weeks I feel bad lol.
 
Sorry -I feel like I've missed several pages! We went to the beach today! Heading back now! It was a beautiful day with occasional cloud coverage to keep from roasting! Even caught a horseshoe crap as the tide went out! So cool! I took pics with my big camera. I'll try to post one later. :) I'm going to catch up on all of your logs too-slacker I know! Lol

No, I haven't tried stimul8. I have a pretty high stim tolerance as well!

Side note- my legs/glutes are CRAZY sore from the little I did yesterday! Haha

Hahaha Ikr! They're pretty crazy looking crabs! We have found their shells before but never a love crab! He was pretty cool! We even found a blow fish (dead) one time too!
 
What beach did y'all go to? I been to a few there :-D I like isle of palms the best. Windjammer was always a fun little bar.

Let's not leave out the Myrtle beach area now! Sucks living here but the food is great and nice beaches especially around Pawleys island.

I've never been to Myrtle! I'd like to go in "off season" to experience it! I'm not much for crazy crowds! Lol ...I bet Pawley's Island is beautiful too!
 
New meals for the week...pork tenderloin, a little left over steak, asparagus, tuna, sweet potato, yogurt, and granola. :) A little change always makes it exciting! I even found some Ezekiel wraps! Not sure what I'll do with them yet. I got a can of organic tri bean blend too! I looked at the ground turkey and chicken but that stuff freaks me out! I'm not a big fan of prepackaged ground meat! I think I'll buy a meat grinder for my stand mixer and make my own out of breast meat!

As much as I like to use seasonings I get lazy cooking my meals up every 3-4 days and just use the minimum things. Lol. My fault, I know ;)

Most kids are like that. Seems boys anyway. They never seem full - and thus why it is so good to teach them healthy eating habits. My girls, seemed to eat when bored and of course that is cookie time.

Very true! My daughter eats like a bird except certain things so he threw me for a loop when he came along! Lol I'm somewhat strict on my kids and junk food but just trying to teach them what I didn't know growing up! :)
