Today was leg day! I can tell my body is getting tired sadly after 2 days back in the gym. Worked on squats today but it was not a PR day unfortunately. Hips were crazy tight and hi flexors were hurting. They got a little better towards the end though.

I am DONE!! Made the most out of the 3 workouts this week! Felt great to change things up! Gonna change things up with training and nutrition starting Monday! Should get my new plan on Sunday! Gonna lean out to see all of the muscle I've gained!
