For the record, right now i take 200mg with my morning meal. 5-7 hours later i take 200mg at my Preworkout time, and then let the Katana taper out of my system for the rest of the day.
In theory if it halves onces every 4-6 hours, i would be around 100mg still in my system by lunch time, where i top it off with 200mg more.
Wake up around 6:30pm, eat somewhere between 7 and 8. Based on halving every 5 hours.
200mg(7-8pm)-->100mg(12-1am)-->300mg(1am)-->150mg(6am)-->75mg(11am)-->(>=0)(11am-7pm)
