Just started working out

nope, i only take protein powder and creatine, nothing new

i dont have ready access to a pool, or time to swim since im still in highschool, is that really necessary or just added for weight loss or something?

its great for fat loss. swimming is wretched for a bulk.

as far as you having sleep issues, i'm really confused, if nothing has changed other than the workout. you might try getting in the sauna or hot tub after this workout to try relaxing your muscles a bit.

it could just be you were so sore, that moving in your sleep was waking you up due to the soreness. if so, it probably won't happen again. i was only majorly sore for 2 workouts - from there it got easier every time i went to the gym.
 
sun i just got my Whey and WMS,

So do i mix my Whey with 2% milk?

what do i mix wms with? water? or milk?

I know u said 1 scope of WHEY, but for WMS, how many scoops?
 
WMS is whatever scoops it says makes 75g - probably two, but i'm not sure what brand you got. mix it with the whey, and put it in either water or milk.
