Just got me Lean & Fit

I thought 1 scoop was one serving, so I used two scoops which I thought would be 264 calories.

My plan was too see how filling it would be.

2 scoops is one serving however, 132 calories.

For breakfast I had 2 scoops of Lean & Fit, 1 4 oz chicken breast, and 1 oz of cheddar cheese (low carb, keto diet), 4 fish oils.

I thought this would add up to 480 calories.

However, you'll have to subtract 1 serving, because 1 serving is 2 scoops.

It didn't matter, the 350 calories I had filled me up even more so than 500 calories when not using Lean & Fit. Which makes me wonder what 3-4 scoops of the stuff will do.

This stuff is amazing when it comes to sating you with Fiber and Protein (is micellar casein even in it?).

Just add some of your own fat like cheese or fish oils, or even heavy whipping cream if you're going low carb, and you'll be full for hours with minimal calories and minimal carbs.

10/10

Dude, which flavor did you have and how was it? I just ordered a 5lb vanilla, so I'm hoping that its good.

I have chocolate.

It's way thicker than regular whey, which is good.

It's indispensible for dieting, or low carb dieting because of all the fiber and minimal carbs. Just add your own fats.

So I'm not sure if you normally take a multivitamin, but if you do, do you stop taking it while using this stuff since it has such high vitamin content?

I would NOT take a multi while using using product. (Another great question) Yes there is MC in your Lean and Fit the new label will show this although some of you still do not have the updated labels.

What's the breakdown of MC and WPI?

I just came here to talk about the same thing...just realized that one serving was two scoops. I was three days into the Velocity Diet before I realized this. My mistake. No wonder I felt so crappy...I was taking in 1000 calories a day at 180lbs...

I gave four scoops a try because I wanted more calories, and it hit my stomach like a brick. Never again, haha - you'd need 24oz of water just to make the stuff liquid. So what I'm trying for tomorrow's shakes is two scoops of LnF and one scoop of whey. That gives me a few more calories without the borderline-lava consistency.

For flavors, I got chocolate, chocolate mint, orange, and strawberry. I only got two lbs of the orange and strawberry, because I don't normally like fruit flavors. They're not bad...a great change of pace when you're taking in five shakes a day. The chocolate is good, but not as good as the regular whey. The chocolate mint is extremely good, and I find myself having 3-4 of these per day.

If you blend a shake up, you can use:

1 scoop (1/2 serving)
and 1/3 cup hoods green milk (12 calories)
11 medium ice cubes
4/5 cup of water

If you're cutting this mean you're shake has,

77 calories.

It blends into this massive 16-20 ounce shake that tastes like you're eating 300 calories.

i just got my lean and fit in today. i am trying out the v diet so it seemed ideal. but damn is this stuff thick. i used 4 scoops, some ice cubes and water and it is still super thick. not to mention i am only halfway done with it and i don't feel like drinking the rest. i already feel full. guess im gonna have to split up my shakes between the LnF and some regular whey i have.

BUMP. Guys I need feedback on the taste of Lean and Fit. I absolutely LOVE the WPI and for the price I think a tub of this would be great for "In Between Meals". I know the consistency is much thicker but I'm curious about taste. Thanks!

Lean and Fit does not have WPI taste, but it does taste good. It's a rich flavored whey, that needs alot of water or milk because it's "thirsty."

Speaking of which I need some more...

Thanks guys! Is one serving still 2 scoops? I know the formula was changed. How many calories per serving? (Chocolate)

I want to know that too. Seems like 4 scoops should be more than 250ish calories.

Actually from what I gather, 4 scoops (or 77.5 grams) is only 220 calories. I believe ATW does not subtract Fiber calories from their caloric nutrition label and I believe that is so they can ship to Canada and sold there (it is unlawful in Canada to subtract those calories from Nutritional Labels, although in the States it is removed for us).

Someone, anyone... correct me if I am totally wrong here.
