I thought 1 scoop was one serving, so I used two scoops which I thought would be 264 calories.
My plan was too see how filling it would be.
2 scoops is one serving however, 132 calories.
For breakfast I had 2 scoops of Lean & Fit, 1 4 oz chicken breast, and 1 oz of cheddar cheese (low carb, keto diet), 4 fish oils.
I thought this would add up to 480 calories.
However, you'll have to subtract 1 serving, because 1 serving is 2 scoops.
It didn't matter, the 350 calories I had filled me up even more so than 500 calories when not using Lean & Fit. Which makes me wonder what 3-4 scoops of the stuff will do.
This stuff is amazing when it comes to sating you with Fiber and Protein (is micellar casein even in it?).
Just add some of your own fat like cheese or fish oils, or even heavy whipping cream if you're going low carb, and you'll be full for hours with minimal calories and minimal carbs.
