yo guys/gals, love the board, my weakpoint in my training lifestyle is that i'm chemically uninformed, hope i can educate myself using AM, im a regular over at MMI, and i reckognize a few names 'round here. glad to be here.
for those who don't know him, he has the most insane strength i've ever witnessed. 515 x 20 on squat, 525 x 19 on deadlifts (could've easily had 25 or 30, but he lost count, lol), 315 standing overhead press, 675 x 3 sumo deadlift, the list goes on.
