this rihght here. i dont always have time to cook every meal, so on bulks ill endulge myself with a fat greasy hamburger once in awhile. if im on a cut, ill just IF it till i can cook somethng clean with cheating once a week
I try to keep it clean, expect for 2 meals a week in which I cheat. Usually this consist of a couple hamburgers plus large fries and/or a large pizza both meals accompanied alongside my favorite 3-4 poptarts for extra carbs! I try to cheat on leg day, and than one other day a week.
On a bulk I'll eat 5 very clean high protein meals a day and usually "cheat" on one meal. I don't blow it out of the park though. Usually just like two burgers and some fries and a shake. During a cut I only cheat if I'm absolutely losing my mind. Keep it as clean as possible.

Yeah. Like I said it's not a ridiculous cheat though. I have always had a "tall guy" type of metabolism. If I'm doing contest prep I don't cheat at all (unless it's an extreme situation).
IMO theres good food and bad food..i try and eat only good food. I do cheat at least one meal a week (most likely more) fried chicken !!!! But im that guy that puts on no fat,im at about 10% without trying.I just started takeing black hole to up my cal intake. I also go (try to ) by never 2 cheat meals in a row.
