Narrative: - Ran this morning when I woke up fasted. Ran outside then got in the car went to the gym and ran on a eliptical machine. Took the EC stack as soon as I woke up

Narrative: - Worked today. Notice my voice is sounding real harsh and my throat feels really dry. Wondering if it is the guaifessian. Weighed in this morning at 203!! I should be able to break 200 by wedding which would be cool
 
That's great, I wish I weighed 200lbs lol. You will have to email me pics from it! We are having ours in November!
 
*Update*

Wow its been a while. Just wanted to finish the log, so May 28th I had my bachelor party. Ended up getting completely wasted, dont even know how I got home but when I awoke the next morning and tried to crawl outa bed I couldnt walk. I look down and my freakin ankle is broken!!! So I got a cast and out the window went my workout and diet. I basically laid on the counch till my wedding day doing nothing but playin video games, watching TV and eating complete junk.

On my wedding day I weighed in at 210lbs. Gained 7 lbs in 9 days WTF!!! So I stumbled down the isle and flew out to mexico for my honeymoon. We stayed at an all inclusive place where we had a bar in the room!!! Big mistake, lol. So for the following 2 weeks I did nothing but drink and eat and lay on the beach, ahhh the life. So when I came back got adjusted back to my life. I weighed in at 223lbs, yikes!!

So I stated back on keto on june 22. Started ECA stack on july 15. Ended ECA on September 6 and weighed 205. As of now I am 199 and at 19% bodyfat down from 28% back in Janurary and am about to start an hdrol cycle. Well thanks to everyone that followed this while I was logging it, just wanted to end it properly.
