Week 2 Day-1 Upper Body Power
Nothing bad to report except a record breaking workout.
Bend Over Rows- 225x 4
Bench Press- 235 x 3
My overall recovery has been great and as expected recovery between sets as well. PHAT is a good routine. Love the workouts. Hoping to make some gains while cutting. Today my Arm pump was good. Loving this experience overall.
