Naw I saw Phil Heath say something about how he does pretty much the same thing all year and just get bulky and cut with food, that's what I've done and I really like it.
 
Thanks all. cutting back on food alot this week to get to atleast 205. As of right now I think 195 is attainable. I really am amazed I had that much fat on my frame. I am glad that this cut has given me a new perspective on how good I could look.
 
7 weeks until a competition I've had my eye on. Not quite ready but I'm gunna work my ass off this week get to 203 and be there! Believe that

Some of these are good others not some much. I figure those who have watched my progress would like to see them all. Better lighting next time hopefully. Sill have some pound to lose but sitting good at 6 weeks out. Only 19 years old mind you ;) have a good weekend

Been stuck at 200 for 3-4 days gunna try to drop under this week but next week I'll begin precomp cutting so it should fall off then. Also dumping all creatine starting tomorrow. No more for water weight for JonesBones
 
Just read through the whole thread. Been impressed at your progress man focking sweet. Just got inspired to melt a bunch of fat off of myself as well. Keep it up man and good luck with the comp.

4 months here soon and yeah I feel a lot better a lot more comfortable. And yeah partially because of a pool party where I wanna slay hoodies but also I want to compete and win this competition. Which has really been a dream from the first time I lifted a weight 6 years ago

I appreciate it man! I was tired of just being able to lift heavy weights it was time for a change

The only strength drop I noticed was squat reps went from 315x12 to 315x8 I stopped lifting for weight once I started this though I'll have to bench here soon to see how that goes. As for pant size idk. I need to wear a belt now and most stuff fits a lot better
