joint pain

What supplement(s) can I take for joint pain? I have seen some in stores but most of them say they take a long time to begin working. I usually don't experience any joint pain but I'm on my first ph cycle and I think thats whats causing it.

You could try taking more fish oil. It is anti-inflammatory and can ease your joint pain.

Cissus quadrangularis is another possibility. It helps tendons and ligaments heal.

I hear good things about Animal Flex. Ordered some, getting it in on Thursday. I have shoulder pain and my knee hurts after heavy leg presses for a few days afterward. Looking forward to seeing if it will relieve the pain. I will update after a few weeks.

Water + Fish Oil + Osteo-Sport = Pain Free Joints

I started taking osteo-bi-flex advanced with energy formula(nothing crazy just some green tea extract) and my knee/ankle pains disappeared. My joints take a lot of punishment from muay thai. I found it in walgreens.

osteo-sport is a good all in one so is animal flex

I take glucasomine chondrition msm cissus fish oil and back off if you have to no sense in training around it with props

Animal Flex

Try cissus by Primaforce this is excellent for joint and tendon pain and also I have been
also using Hyaluronic acid by Now Foods if you get it use the 120 cap jar and this has
100 mg of hyaluronic acid and 900 mg of MSM at a 2 cap serving. I took 2 caps with
breakfast every morning and in 2 weeks some knee pain I was experincing during squats
and lunges went a way. You should try stacking both of these supplements together and
I am sure your joint pain will clear up with in 2 to 3 weeks.

For the actual joint, not ligament, fish oil and curcumin, along with Something like orange Triad, which has MSM, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine, chondroitin, etc.

You could also look into RPN's Krill oil product. I've been on it for around 2 weeks, and it seems to be helping with knee pain and some chronic back pain too.

I have tried a variety of different things, but in all honesty Flex Rx and Fish Oil have worked the best for me

Flex Rx does look good and its decently priced too! Good profile, good amount of ingredients.

cissus and curcumin mix works well for me.

SuperCissus RX is great. It has repaired many people's joints and removed the pain. Look for some reviews on here :D

It's been about a month, how did this work out?

I'm in need of something as my elbow is just killing me lately... Pull-ups and standing rows have been my worse enemy the past couple of weeks.
