Joint pain gone with Flexible by Formutech Nutrition

No 365 was on frt sqts couple months ago. Back sqts maybe 300 on a real good day. Damn low back limits me.

That's so backward from most peeps lol

Damn joints are feeling awesome today. I had a pretty long wo and my back & biceps are feelin it. I alt the pull ups wide and mid grip. The bw burn outs were blowin my lats up! The last set of db curls were hammer grip with a 4 sec neg. The last set of bb curls were lacking a bit of form,but did the job.
 
Right on, I just call those inverted rows. I do them wide grip, reverse grip and hammer grip. I absolutely love those! I do them with my feet elevated on top of my rack post, there killer!

Great for the back and rear delts. I didnt know what they were called till i looked them up.

I am taking today off to rest my sore body. My joints have been feeling so good, i have been increasing weight and intensity. I am very happy with my progress through my pct and after, so a little muscle pain is well worth it. Its cold and snowy here so relaxing being lazy is pretty easy to do. Back at it 2moro.

Well joints are still nice and fluid thanx to Flexible. Had a little pain in my shoulder,so i stayed at 90 on dips. Chest and tris were beat up at the end. I still plan on hitting bw+200 on dips by mid spring. I've been doing more upper chest work and i am starting to see a dif. Strength still feels good 6-7 weeks after my last cycle. Im itching to run another. Soon,very soon!
 
Damn 200+body weight on dips! That's badass! The incline reverse grip presses are awesome, I totally forgot to do them today. Now I'm pissed:) what are you thinking for your next run?

I've done 185lbs at 180lb bw,so i think i can get 200. Maybe the Titan stack by Flex.

I hit arms quick and intense today. No joint pain in elbows,so all went good. I am going to add an extra day for arms to balance everything out. Im weighing at 174-176 and my strength is staying very consistant.
