Haha ya I always go back to 5/3/1. Something satisfying about rep prs every workout basically. I do my deloads similar to you. High rep stuff but I always push it with high reps so it's not a true deload. This week will be low reps, maintenance work

We are quite similar indeeeeeeeeed

Awesome! That is exactly what I did.. makes for a long document but well worth it. I will let you know if i come across another.

Deload week but I kinda pushed it. Some of the reps on leg press were shallow but went for the pump.

Thanks man. For some reason I can push more weight on this leg press. The bands today were awesome for full out tension. Might need to loop them next time tho

Belt is very nice. Levers are extremely convenient for in between sets. Not conducive to changing tightness between exercises tho. About $100 on house of pain

Using some mountain dog stuff, work up in sets of 6, 1 inch above chest no lockout for inclines and then no lockout at the top of DB flat with a deep stretch at the bottom. Leaning towards going with another MD run so might as well use the principles now

Especially for a deload.

Haha I just reduced the volume I guess. I haven't had a true deload in awhile and I don't really know how to not push it

Yup! Just can't turn it off now. I feel fine but the aches and pains are there occasionally. I think I autoregulate enough that I don't need a true deload actually as well as the fact I'm only in the gym 4-5 days a week

Last day of Follidrone. Been taking 100mg of erase nightly this week as well as 6 pumps dry rub to pull water out. My goals for this run changed in the last 4 weeks. It turned into a recomp near the end so not as lean as I was planning but seeing some nice changes in the mirror. Pics coming tomorrow cold when I can find a newspaper and a good mirror

Those dead stops are killer. Going all the way down and driving the elbows up is way harder than sitting back and driving them up with a little stretch reflex. Kinda did it as a rest pause I guess. Ripped out 10, pause for a few seconds and then keep going in sets of 3s and 2s

That superset is so rough with pumped lats. Loved it

Thanks Kat. Deload in the sense that I didnt deadlift and kept volume lower haha. Still got a great pump

FitMax:
Sweating a lot at a little over a scoop. Weird feeling post workout, not a good feeling

Stimul8:
Felt nothing at 1/2 a scoop. 1 scoop felt energy but not too much sweating.

White Flood Reborn:
Headache during cardio while talking to a friend. Once friend left it went away and she was able to focus on her workout. Liked it a lot.

My reactions:
Drastically different from my feelings. Feel amazing on two scoops Fitmax. Very good mood, focus, energy and pump.

Stimul8 makes me sweat and get fired up at 1/2 scoop. Take 1 scoop on some heavy days and I am dripping sweat almost uncomfortably.

Weird feelings on White Flood Reborn. Not for me. Felt uncomfortable during my workout and didn't have noticeable pumps. Decent energy. Good flavoring

I am having her try AminoLift and Jack3d Micro next, possibly giving her a scoop or two of max out

Interesting...I actually share some commonalities with you both..

Fitmax, had my sweat on, but after my workout felt a sense of nausea and weakness

Stimul8 at 3/4-1 scoop has me sweating bullets...

I think that's what she's feeling with Fitmax too. Interesting. The stimul8 one stood out to me the most. Just gotta figure out what she likes and responds to

Agreed. It is interesting how supplements react differently with some people.
