Haha Red Bull girls moved in downstairs so we got hooked up. Uncut has amentoflavone for strength so I like using it before legs and back. Bronkaid just to breath easier. Should have skipped the red bull haha
 
My stim tolerance sucks (good and bad thing). I'm tweaking like a meth head off 200mg.

That's not a bad thing really. Only thing that kinda sucks is if the ingredients besides caffeine need 2 scoops for clinical doses. Besides that preworkouts should last longer for ya, might just need to get bulk ingredients or something stim free to stack with

I avoid pres because I workout at night 95% of the time. If I'm lifting in the morning and I need a boost I'll pop a caffeine pill, but that's about it. I've never dabbled in any of pump products. Only supplement I take is creatine mono

Agmatine or potassium nitrates are good pump ones. They won't affect your sleep either.

Ah I see. Probably a good thing then. Don't have to spend money on pres. Like Register said there's a few good non stim ingredients for pumps and strength you could try out when you get to a point where you feel they'd be beneficial

Yup! Love nitrates. Citrulline Malate, BCAAs, EAAs and amentoflavone would all be good non stim additions as well. Some people like GMS for pumps as well but it didn't agree with my stomach

Man, a G of agmatine gives me insane pumps. I can get away with just over 1/2G and still notice something.
 
Well, I feel like solving the world's problems after a gram or two, but that is about it. :) Plus, it does really help me relax.

Take a look at Max Pump (Betaine Nitrate) from FINAFLEX, most guys will agree - amazing pumps (especially after 5 days when your saturated).

Thanks man! Think the shoulders got a little fatigued from the benching before since I'm usually good for 10 with 135. Also wearing kind of unstable shoes as I forgot my shoes at home. I want to try them with my oly shoes and maybe a belt next week to see what it adds

Thanks y'all! Felt really good today. Starting with rows fresh let me kill the volume. With straps on the top set I focused on driving my elbows back and was able to get more reps than every before with 120s

I did Bb rows body building style with my torso at an angle and pulling to above the belly button. Then pendlays are flat back dead stop off the ground pulling to below the nipples

Little hard to get air with straps on. Tried to time the pull with rolling it towards me. Worked well I think.

I've got nothing related to form considering I never pull sumo. But those pulls looked clean to me. Bar speed was awesome

Friday was an arms day. Kinda just went with it and tried to kill it. Had an awesome pump for tailgating the CU-CSU game. Good weekend of hanging out. Tomorrow or Tuesday will be a squat max day. Not sure if I'll do it tomorrow since I might go out tonight

Yup! Pretty disappointing game. Started out hot. Became very apparent we couldn't stop the run in the second half. Left with about 7 minutes left right before CSU scored their last touchdown
 
I remember in the early-to-mid-nineties CU knocking off a high ranked Corn Huskers. It was an awesome game.
 
Hit 405 easy on squats. Going for 425 now based on the speed
 
Missed it at my sticking point a little above parallel. Damn. Thought I had it. Oh well 405 is a 20lb PR from a month ago or so
