Yeah it is! I ran into a couple college guys that I had overheard talking about folli when it first came out and I was ending my first run. I talked to them about it and they apparently picked up a 12 week run and 4 weeks in. They were thanking me and so appreciative that I was stoked all day. I love this stuff so much.

That's how it's done. However, I find them easier to handle with the lighter weight on top.

Ive never tried an ECY or ECA stack! How do they compare to regular fat burners such as alphamine for example?
Nice job in here. Check out Kat's video on stacking DBs. You wrap a small hand towel around wrist, grip heavy DB then add the lighter DB on top in cross fashion. The towel cushions the lighter DBs handle from digging into your hand/wrist.Thanks man. Ya that's how I had to do it. Only way the small DB fit was in the very middle. Got small hands so can't go around 2 handles. Worked okay. Grip was still an issue
