Thanks Thomas! Routine is working nicely for me. Of course I change it up as I go but having the structure of what muscles to hit and certain rep ranges for the week has been great.

Follidrone has been nice so far. If I keep hitting PRs it'll be well worth the $50
 
Yeah it is! I ran into a couple college guys that I had overheard talking about folli when it first came out and I was ending my first run. I talked to them about it and they apparently picked up a 12 week run and 4 weeks in. They were thanking me and so appreciative that I was stoked all day. I love this stuff so much.

Didnt really feel anything first week, but now I am seeing great endurance and pumps and 12 days in, this run is gonna be awesome man!

It's great stuff. Just starting to kick in and it's already killing it

That's how it's done. However, I find them easier to handle with the lighter weight on top.

Ya that's how I had to do it. Only way the small DB fit was in the very middle. Got small hands so can't go around 2 handles. Worked okay. Grip was still an issue

Not sure! I've heard it's the best stuff for fat burning besides stuff like dnp and anabolics. First time giving it a shot. I've had a couple tubs of Alphamine so I should be able to give a comparison

Nice job in here. Check out Kat's video on stacking DBs. You wrap a small hand towel around wrist, grip heavy DB then add the lighter DB on top in cross fashion. The towel cushions the lighter DBs handle from digging into your hand/wrist.

I tried the towel but the DB rolled since it only fits right in the middle. When my grip is failing I tilt the DB back a little so it pressed on my wrist pretty good. Will be trying it again to try to make it better tho
 
Weighed in at 183. Might not be losing the scale weight but looking in the mirror I'm loving it. Ecy started today. We will see how that goes

Thanks man! It was high volume week and follidrone helps with endurance so I was just going through and trying to hit arms from all angle plus throwing in some high rep abs and calves to get them to grow

Ya 2.5mg/dose 3x day. Will be moving it up to 5mg/dose next week probably to get close to the .2mg/kg BW. Doing mine when I wake up and then a couple hours post breakfast and lunch to be semi fasted

Sweating like a sinner in church right now haha. Preworkout mix was:
2 caps uncut
1 tab Bronkaid
5g creatine
2 caps Compound20
2 caps Follidrone

Endurance is really shining through. Pumps were unreal. Forearms were vascular as hell from holding the DBs on stiff legs. Looking way fuller
