I finished my mega-kitchen sink PCT (sort of) in 3 weeks. I finished a bottle of Powerfull and finished my experiements with Toremifene.
I've been salivating of these bottles for like 2 months.
Pure torture! (It's all D's fault - I'ma get cha! :whip: )
So - I started this log yesterday.
I'm taking:
Invalid Link Removed - 4 pre-WO and 2 before bed
Invalid Link Removed - 2 first thing and 4 pre-WO
Invalid Link Removed- 5 caps per day spaced out - probably only one with my WO (been off caffeine for 2 weeks)
Invalid Link Removed - 2 in the AM and 2 about 6 hours later
Other supps:
Potassium/magnesium/minerals
Xceed/V12 with pre-WO (gotta take it easy on the V-12)
2 caps of brain drive first thing
Na-R-ALA sometimes
Fish oil
Policosanol
Cycle support (anothe week - same for poli and fish oil)
Retain (1 cap/day - another 10 days or so)
Regular ATD (starting taper with 2 caps/day)
DHEA - starting taper with 100 mgs/day (transdermal)
Omega Flex
Arginine/Lysine/Orinthine with NOXidant at bedtime
CissusRX - 10 caps/day for another 4 days or so
Nettle root - not sure how much left, but a gram pre-WO
Green tea on occaison (brew my own)
That's alot of stuff (not as much as PCT) but I've been on all of it for 3+ weeks. And probably 5 or so will go away in a week (continuation from PCT).
I'll be able to tell the effects of this stack.
The stack
I've taken Powerfull (see log) and C2 before - not together. Not taken Symmetry or LipidFX.
Both look like GREAT supplements - both with real world feedback and research.
I think this will be a very effective stack for cutting (maintianing muscle) or lean bulking (keeping fat gain off).
My goals
I'm sorta along for the ride. I'd like to continue to lean my abs out - got a beach trip on Aug. 25th and am going to visit friends/fam on Labor Day weekend (and maybe some friends that start with a "C" :twisted: - hence the thread title).
But - I don't want to make a boatload of changes - making it difficult to ascertain the true effects of the supplements.
Oh - and not to have cramping issues with the TTA dose!!!

Probably gonna cut carbs some on Bobo's diet.
I have a cheat day a week (to stay sane - or I go ballistic with crappy food for 3 straight days).

Would love to get my legs back to where they were - but the knee pain has come back (even with Omega Flex and Cissus and Shift Move Free). :blink:
My chest sucks - period.
Anyway - I saw the typical AWESOME vasularity at the gym yesterday (worked bi's and delts) after the pre-WO P'full/Symmetry.
No cramping thus far - but I think the water retention has begun on the abs.
Good clean energy from C2.
