Alright bro's (and hoe's - Ubi ;) ).
I finished my mega-kitchen sink PCT (sort of) in 3 weeks. I finished a bottle of Powerfull and finished my experiements with Toremifene.

I've been salivating of these bottles for like 2 months.
Pure torture! (It's all D's fault - I'ma get cha! :whip: )

So - I started this log yesterday.


I'm taking:
Invalid Link Removed - 4 pre-WO and 2 before bed
Invalid Link Removed - 2 first thing and 4 pre-WO
Invalid Link Removed- 5 caps per day spaced out - probably only one with my WO (been off caffeine for 2 weeks)
Invalid Link Removed - 2 in the AM and 2 about 6 hours later



Other supps:
Potassium/magnesium/minerals
Xceed/V12 with pre-WO (gotta take it easy on the V-12)
2 caps of brain drive first thing
Na-R-ALA sometimes
Fish oil
Policosanol
Cycle support (anothe week - same for poli and fish oil)
Retain (1 cap/day - another 10 days or so)
Regular ATD (starting taper with 2 caps/day)
DHEA - starting taper with 100 mgs/day (transdermal)
Omega Flex
Arginine/Lysine/Orinthine with NOXidant at bedtime
CissusRX - 10 caps/day for another 4 days or so
Nettle root - not sure how much left, but a gram pre-WO
Green tea on occaison (brew my own)


That's alot of stuff (not as much as PCT) but I've been on all of it for 3+ weeks. And probably 5 or so will go away in a week (continuation from PCT).
I'll be able to tell the effects of this stack.


The stack
I've taken Powerfull (see log) and C2 before - not together. Not taken Symmetry or LipidFX.
Both look like GREAT supplements - both with real world feedback and research.
I think this will be a very effective stack for cutting (maintianing muscle) or lean bulking (keeping fat gain off).

My goals
I'm sorta along for the ride. I'd like to continue to lean my abs out - got a beach trip on Aug. 25th and am going to visit friends/fam on Labor Day weekend (and maybe some friends that start with a "C" :twisted: - hence the thread title).
But - I don't want to make a boatload of changes - making it difficult to ascertain the true effects of the supplements.

Oh - and not to have cramping issues with the TTA dose!!!

Diet
Probably gonna cut carbs some on Bobo's diet.
I have a cheat day a week (to stay sane - or I go ballistic with crappy food for 3 straight days).

Weight - 169-170 lbs. (has fluctuated the last few days)

Calves - 15.7
Chest - 39.1
Legs - 22.25

Here was me - yesterday (6/25/06)
Weight 171-172
Arms - 15.25
Waist at bb - 29.1
waist at hips - 29.75
calves - 15.75
chest - 39.5
legs - 22.5"

Would love to get my legs back to where they were - but the knee pain has come back (even with Omega Flex and Cissus and Shift Move Free). :blink:
My chest sucks - period.



Anyway - I saw the typical AWESOME vasularity at the gym yesterday (worked bi's and delts) after the pre-WO P'full/Symmetry.
No cramping thus far - but I think the water retention has begun on the abs.
Good clean energy from C2.

I forgot to add something: this is my first bottle of the "new" Powerfull with the carboxy-amino-pyro molecule in place of the muriana.

These caps are purple.

(The other 3 bottles I've used have been orange caps.)

I am assuming you are attributing this to the LipidFX (TTA)?

Yeah - that's what I think Max.

Haplochrom ran this (plus Anagen I think) and he had water retention within 3 or 4 days.
(We lift at the same gym.) Pretty sure that's just how TTA works...

JB - at least I'm not smoochin' azz to become a mod.

Sorry I haven't updated this in a few days.

No cramping on the LipidFX. I've started drinking 8 oz. of low sodium V8. TONS of potassium.

Vascularity is definately better. I can see many more veins on the inside of my bi's and forearms. I can see some veins in my delts and upper pecs I've not really seen before.
Also in my love handle region.
I think this is P'full/Symm.
Seems better than P'full alone. (Must be the symm.)

My chest and back workouts from this week were good. Weights lifted on chest were similar to that on TST/TRN at week 2. (I looked at my gym log - it's been so up and down it was hard to say how much weight I was up, but it was quite a bit since the last time I did that workout.)
Back was good. 1st exercise was a new PR by 5 lbs. 2nd - blah. 3rd was good. Good pump. 4th & 5th - forearm pumps got me. I need to get some straps.....

I skipped the gym yesterday. I went to dinner with some contractor sales folks and was out till midnight. So, I got like 5.5 hrs. of sleep and felt like ass yesterday.

Going to do legs here shortly for the first time on this stuff.

Weight is a solid 172 lbs.

Worked out chest today. Forgot to weigh my self.
I put up more weight on the first exercise - incline - than in a long while (early Feb. to be exact).
Second exercise was comparable to early in TST/TRN cycle.
Third exercise is recently new (had to change due to a left shoulder issue with the prior one :mad: ). But - was up 5 lbs on all sets from the last time I did this (which was the first).
4th was comparable to late May/early June.

I had a pump EVERYWHERE in my upper body!! Lats, traps, tri's, bi's - and chest pump was freaking huge!
I love this effect of P'full/Sym.

Even had a good calf pump when walking on the treadmill after the workout.


Worked out legs on 7/2/06.
First 2 exercises were the same as last time. Then, my right knee started bothering me. So, I had to cut it short and do some stuff on machines that don't bother my legs.
Did the same weight on stiff legged dead-lifts. Then did a set of the Roman Chair things.
No dabilitating lower back pump (had a pump but it went away within an hour or so - not very intense). Which is good to note.
Good calf pump and good ham pump. (Quads - not so much do to the knee. I can do most hammy exercises no prob....)


Notes:
Am retaining water in the abdominal region. But, am also seeing vascularity in the upper body. No other water retention that I can tell.

I'm done with Retain, Cycle Support, and CissuRX.
I've not taken much green tea.
Brain drive has been 3 to 4 days per week (I forget - too many pills first thing....).

Dosing of P'full/Sym/creatine has been more like an hour before I first start lifting (due to warm-ups and need for the shake to digest).
Perhaps this is causing the fatigue in the end??
I don't think so - I think some of the drop in weight at the end of a set is due to the high volume and intensity of Bobo's routine and the crazy pumps.
I'm thinking of cutting the number of sets (have kicked that around with Lake) due to the pump issues.

All in all - I feel great. Love the workouts on this stuff.
I think I'm finally noticing the increased sleep on P'full. Must be the new 1-carboxy molecule - because I didn't really notice that on the old version.

I was supposed to work out back on 7/5 - but my chest was really pumped that day. I decided to take the day off - because that has hampered back strength before.

On 7/6 I managed to get stuck at work for like 12 hours. I got rained on walking to my car - and decided the hell with it (it was like almost 7 when I left).

I worked out back last night. I was really tired for some reason.
But I managed to add 10 lbs. to the first exercise (lat pulldowns) from last time. Added 10 lbs. on the 1st 2 sets of the 2nd exercise (forearm pumps started to get bad on the last - forgot to buy the straps...).
On the third exercise the weight was the same. Fatigue hit me hard.
On the fourth (was really the last normally - dropped the normal 4th exercise because of the fatigue) I was up 5 lbs on the first set.

Vascularity is still awesome.
I was impressed that I managed to have a good workout when feeling so relatively tired.


Bad news - woke up on 7/7 with a bad calf cramp. Not sure why as I hadn't lifted. I did forget to take my low sodium V8 the night before (loaded with potassium....).

Other things of note - hunger was through the roof on 7/5 and 7/6. No clue why.
Clean food didn't satisfy the hunger - so I ended up eating some pretty ugly food.
Ugh.

Sleep is still really deep.

I noticed that too Jmh. Even on days I knew I was going to have a horrible workout the PFull/C2 allowed me to push through it.

keep up with K man, the strong appetite can be from the TTA it should go away but it happened to me on MP

It has to be the LipidFX or Symm - never had this w/ Powerfull or C2.

Sorry I haven't updated this. My fam. was in town until yesterday morning.

Anyway - back to the updates.
7/9 - legs.
Decided to basically dial back anything that hurts my knee (yeah - I know...).
Worked hams first. Up 10lbs on the lying ham curl machine on the 1st 2 sets.
Up 10 lbs on stiff-legged deads - all sets.
Then did 2 sets of the Roman chair things. Pretty bad lower back pump after that - but definatly subsided as the WO went along. Just warning ya.
Added 25 lbs on the donkey calf raises and was able to do one less rep (I'd consider that up - somewhat).
Same on seated calf raises (pumps....).

The lower back pump went down, as mentioned, but sorta hung around the rest of the night. I could feel it the next morning - but a longer shower seemed to help.


Took the 10th off - out with the fam. for most of the day.


Made it to the gym on the 11th as the fam. protested (gotta lift. :head: ) to workout chest.
Awesome workout!
Decided to cut vol. by 2 sets. The pumps on P'full/Symm are too great at this point.
Up 5 lbs. on the first exercise (cut on set here).
Up 10 lbs. on the 2nd for the first 3 sets (tying a PR!!!).
Up 2 reps over all 3 sets (combined) on the 3rd exercise (cut one set here).
Up 10 lbs on all 3 sets for the 4th exercise (PR for 1st set - 2nd and 3rd were down 5 lbs from the first set).
Up 5 lbs on the first set of the last exercise - but same on the 2nd (cut a set here too) - bicep pumps got me pretty bad (fly exercise).

Totally awesome chest workout! Huge pumps.
So huge, in fact, that I was really pumped the next day 7/12. I was supposed to workout back - but was worried the chest pumps would hinder strength. So - I took the day off and hung with the fam.

Worked out back yesterday - 7/13.
Up 2.5 on the first exercise (only 1 set - cut a set out - volume again...)
Up 2 reps (out of 3 sets combined) on the 2nd exercise (new PR for the 3 sets).
Up 5 lbs. on the first set of the 3rd exercise. Tried that weight on the 2nd set but couldn't keep good form towards the end, so I dropped off the last 3 reps. Gotta keep good form!
Same weight on the 4th exercise - bad forearm pumps.
Ditto for the 5th (cut a set here).

Lats are still sorta pumped today.


Notes:
Veins are still awesome! Love that.
Getting comments at the gym. People are asking what the f*ck I'm taking...

Hunger pangs mentioned before have subsided.
I should add that my diet was really, really crappy while the fam was in town (5 days) - but I was on vacation (first days I've taken this year).
Those pangs seemed to come around when I eat mostly clean - so I'll monitor as I get back into the swing.

Acne is still bad. I've stopped the ATD/DHEA. (And most of the stuff from the first post.)
I'm thinking it's the test boosting from P'full (and Symm??).

I think my abs are more defined - but definately having water retention in that area.
I've been mostly successful in upping the cardio by a day/week (on average) but I'd like to go higher. So, I'm going to try.

I've got what looks like a half bottle left of C2/P'full/Symm - not sure on Lipid.
I keep forgetting to weigh myself. Will do tomorrow.

Not going to the gym tonight - issues at work. (I've gotten calls at home already - and I don't want to get interrupted.) Am going to go walk around a local HS track for some cardio (knees prevent me from really jogging).


All in all - very impressed with the gym effects thus far. I'm increasing strength. I feel great in the gym. Love the pumps and vascularity!

I should add that with the PCT and this log that my bodyhair growth rate has increased.
I've also noticed black hair where I used to have little blonde hairs or none at all (abs and various places on my chest).

Annoying. But, I think it's due to the high test/low estrogen environment.

2nd was the same (serious pumps and vascularity).
3rd exercise (triceps) was up 10 lbs on the first set. Left elbow started to bother me - so I dropped back down the last 2 sets.
4th exercise (tri's) was up 5 lbs. on the first two sets - same on the 3rd.

Then I went and walked on the treadmill for 30 mins. or so - good calf pump.

Vascularity in my arms lasted through that.

I love working out arms on this stuff. I love the vascularity. I'm seeing about every vein on the underside of my forearms - pretty cool.

Yeah.
I'm liking the addition of Symm to P'full. Probably will make that another staple (that I run a few times a year - not all the time...).

Also of note - this is the 2nd bottle in a row of P'full - so it doesn't lose it's effectiveness.

I worked out chest yesterday (7/18).

Was up 5 lbs. on first exercise's first 2 sets.
Up 5 lbs on the first set of the 2nd exercise.
Up 5 lbs on first 2 sets of the 3rd exercise. (delts.)
Up 10 lbs on the first set of the last exercise.

Had a pretty good chest pump today - increased as the day went on. Decided to take a day's rest before working out back.
Will workout that tomorrow.

It appears I only have maybe 3 days left of Powerfull and a bit longer of Symmetry. I think that's because I forgot to take some of the AM doses of Symm.
C2 has a few more days - as does LipidFX.

Acne is still bad. Got some Nizoral from Wal-mart. Have been applying as a body wash.
I'll let yall know if it works.

Most of the supps from the first post I've stopped taking.

I'm at about 167.5 lbs (cycling the last few days).

Worked out back on 7/20. Nothing spectacular. 3 random sets during the 4 exercises were up in weight - no rhyme or reason it seemed.
Chest was very pumped that day. Combining that with the slow negitives is what limited strength increases, I think.

Worked out legs tonight (7/21).
Up 10 lbs. on all sets of stiff-legged deads.
Knees felt OK - so I did some leg extensions. Added 30 lbs. or so - no problems.
Cautiously optimistic...


Coming down to the end with P'full/Symm. Not much left. Maybe a few days.
Got a bit longer with C2/LipidFX.

Ok.
I intended to go workout arms on 7/23 (sunday) - but didn't.
Lemme explain.
I was on the internet all freaking day. My last regular meal was about 4pm or so. I decided to have one of AI's cookies. Used a recipe on here. Made a big one. Those are awesome!
Anyway - I guess about 6pm, when I had just taken my P'full/Symm, the flax meal and whatever from the cookie hit me and then went right on out.
I couldn't shake that for an hour or so. At that point (7pm) is about too late - had to get ready for work the next day.

So - I didn't go.
I mowed the yard on 7/24 - that was a hella good cardio workout!

I worked out chest yesterday - my last day of P'full/Symm.
Except that I forgot my MP3 player.

Yeah - so that sucked.
Strength was down on the last sets of everything - and the middle sets on the last 3 exercises (not on the first 2 though).
Pretty bad workout.

So - I'm done with P'full/Symm. I've got like 2 more days of LipidFX and 3-4 of C2.

I meant to get measurements first thing - but that probably won't happen until the weekend (I'm usually running around the house - OK, moving very, very slowly around the house as I hate mornings - like a Chinese fire drill).

Bottom line - I loved the combo of P'full and Symm. Awesome workouts. Strength was up on 60% of my exercises. New PR's on a few. Awesome vasularity.
I'll be using this combo again (and adding some other fun supps I like :woohoo: ).

I'll post more thoughts this weekend.

BigV - I think it's an excellent supp.
I'm seeing much better definition in my abs. (I've lost weight - but who cares if I don't have more definition.)

I've read the studies - impressive. This works in real life it seems.

Waist at BB - 29 even

Chest - 39.75 (one could make a case for 40 :) )
Legs - 22.5

I still feel a bit bloated - not much though. So, I think the waist at bellybutton measurement might be a bit smaller.

All in all - this did what I wanted.
I gained definition in my mid-section. I gained strength and some size. Had some awesome workouts! Gained vascularity.

My diet was up and down. Had a whole week of eating like crap when my family was in town. Towards the end I did drop carbs a bit from Bobo's plan (then AI's cookies started calling me...).

I think as a whole I really didn't change much - yet these still "worked" as far as I'm concerned.
More ideal as far as a science experiment - but not the "huge" results had I been on the proper diet the whole time.

I'm sold on this stack.
I'm sure I could have gained more/lost more fat had I eaten well the whole time - but you guys gained the knowledge that this rotation worked.


Thoughts on the individual products:
C2 - clean energy. Not my best pre-WO supp (probably Amp), but better for me for first thing in the AM. I get too talkative on Amp/Venom/StimX when I take them before work. C2 is good for focus.
LipidFX - no cramping issues = awesome! I was worried about that with the TTA. Probably contributed the most with the fat loss. Awesome supp.
P'full - y'all know what I think of it, :)
Symm - added vascularity for sure. Does enhance P'full.



I would like to thank USPLabs and Scivation for allowing me to try their excellent products.
I think this is one helluva stack if you are looking for fat loss/muscle gain (recomp).
