I should probably start starving myself cause I was 196.5 last night hahaha. apparently something I'm taking is making me grow.
 
Well I obviously ate more on turkey day haha.

Otherwise I always eat a lot. I mean I could be eating more but I don't know. I've been eating more carbs... maybe? The finaflex stuff I'm taking is supposed to help w/ weight loss though haha. Whatever. I just gained like 7 pounds in 2-3 weeks. And can't see any difference (if anything maybe a little leaner/dryer). It's focking magic. As long as I have proportional strength increases come meet day, IDC.
 
Weight today, with only a protein shake in me: 196.6 lol.

Looks like the 1.5 pounds of ground beef for dinner was a little much :biglaugh:

Anyway, did a quick easy session today:


Viper press: 110 x 8 x 3

GHR: BW x 12 x 2

Leg Extension: 120 x 15 x 2

a1. Band Curl: Red x 20 x 2
a2. Band Tri Ext: Red x 15 x 2
a3. Band Facepull: Red x 12 x 2

Well I'm back at 194 before I came to work tonight. That was post sh*t and shower. I've been taking in a ton of water lately but I shouldn't be 194. Then again I've been eating a ton for going on 4 days now. It needs to stop. Ugh

They should let you. There may be something in the rules about covering bleeders during the deadlift. APA did at least

165 lbs, and I will be pigging out on lamb tikka masala, among other rich, creamy Indian treats tonight. Got my bloodwork today, so it's time to get that cholesterol back up there, lol.

I didn't eat much at all before weigh ins, and I haven't been actively stuffing my face.

That needed to change the very second after weigh ins, brodenheim. Make it happen.

There was a lull in the lifting between lifts 1/2, one of the lifters tore something in his knee, ambulance had to take him to the hospital.
