Warm-up: MASH lower body, LAX ball glute/piriformis, Oly wall squat, piriformis stretch, HF Stretch work up to 245
Felt heavy already lol.
Pre: 1.5 enhanced, 2 Anabeta, 3 Prime
Work: 280 x 10 x 2
Felt way heavier than it should've. Depth was good, speed was alright. It just felt heavy lol.
Snatch Grip Deadlifts: 225 x 4, 275 x 4, 315 x 4 x 2, 335 x F (got it to the knees, twice lol)
Strapped up after 275.
a1. Walking Lunge: 90 x 14 x 3
a2. GHR: BW x 12 x 3
BB Rollout: BW x 6 (cramped again), BW x 8 x 3 (had my wife hold my feet down, completely alleviated the cramping issue)
Done. Not bad, the squats were hard to get motivated for while warming up but I got it done anyway.
