Do you think the endo would do much for me as young as I am? I feel like taking a "t boosting" product is pointless at my age, but then again some of the components I think could still be effective?

I think if you were entering pct it would be a great addition. I used Endosurge last year and I liked it, haven't compared to the new formula

Appears everyone is in Jim's thread tonight so I'll highjack this thread. ;)

I try to add a piece of equipment or two to my gym every month. Last month I stayed low budget and just built some crap........this month I am debating between adding a solid amount of chains (would be open for sources) or a SSB. Hmmmmm.....

SSB. You know you're jealous and really want one. If you're buying chain, then be a man and buy 200+lbs worth. The chain sounds cooler that way. Duh!
 
+1 For SSB. I think it'll serve you better. Plus, it's a real pain to try to find loads of properly sized chain. I bought the biggest stuff they had at Lowe's, it was like $30 for 20lbs worth. Last time I buy chain.

Ya that is the way I am leaning....I would definitely buy a ton of chains though. The chains are tempting because I rotate quite a bit of band work for lockout on bench, but chains would be more manageable due to me having the most ghetto rigging up of bands. :o

I'd say yes, the divanil should work better with people with higher total T by binding to SHBG to allow for more free T.

And, l-dopa has a ton of benefits as far as mood, deeper sleep, increased libido, and lower prolactin.

What grip are you using on those farmer walks?
I've heard it called the "gorilla grip" where the handle sits across the meaty part of the palm instead of resting all of the weight on the fingers.

Chain is great, especially for front squat.


You'll never have a tighter core than when you front squat and the chains want to swing lol.

It'll come down to whatever wins out once I make a list of benefits that each will have and which will get more use from my clientele. Chains always look cool for bodyweight exercises as well though.

For clientele, chains will get more use. (dips, pushups, squats, dls, bench, etc.)

For you yourself, you will probably gain more from a SSB. (squats, box squats, gms, vogelpull, etc.)

I've actually even done yoke walks with the SSB when I didn't have a yoke available.

Work: 205 x 4, 225 x 4 (back cramped on the last, but I finished it out), 235 x 3 (tied PR)

Not bad, the first 235 flew. The other two were grinds.

Dips: BW x 10, +25 x 10 x 2, +25 x 9

CG (thumb from slick) Pin Press : 185 x 5, 185 x 4.5, (+comp grip) 185 x 4.5, (+close again) 165 x 4.5

Smoked triceps.

Long, long session. Had to do a lot of coaching with my wife's friend, slowed everything down.
 
If I try to flex my pecs or triceps (especially triceps) they start to cramp.

It hurts.

My AminoIV sample review, in case any of you are wondering about it:

Ok, used 2 scoops today mixed with however much water fits in my shaker.

Smell: the powder itself is not an appetizing smell, it didn't discourage my from trying it because of how good PES flavoring typically is. When mixed with water, the smell was much, much more appealing.

Mixability: mixes very well, no visible particles at all. There is some initial foaming but it fades away quickly. It's also funny that it mixes white and slowly turns into a light green color as the foam dissipates.

Taste: Holy crap, this is good. It is easily the best tasting supplement I've ever had.

My wife was very surprised by how good it tastes (I gave her a sip), so it definitely passes the wife test.

I also gave some to my gym owner, I told him it was good and what the flavor was and he said he wanted to try it. His words "God, that's good. I just wanna drink it all at once!" He plans to buy some if the price of the release is right, he's never heard of PES prior to this.

As far as efficacy, I can't comment too much. Endurance seemed to be up, but it's only the first use. Today's session was a marathon session, very high volume. But, it's almost like drinking it revitalized me between sets, this could easily be a morale boost from how good it is. It isn't too sweet, which is an issue with some intra products, so it didn't clog up my throat or anything else.
 
The part about mixability surprised me......all bcaa with HICA I've tried have grit left over. NeatO
 
Same here Jim, but tomorrow is my last workout of 6 weeks worth, then deload... it's bitter sweet though. Keep pluggin man.
