Good luck Jim!!!!! I know you'll do great! :)

Thanks guys.

Ryan hasn't even opened yet, and it's hot as **** in here.

And....

402 is a 52# PR without wraps.

Meets are so awesome. Always brings the best we have to the surface.

Solid work man...kill those next openers and hit PRs across the board. ;)

Lets see some serious pulls big dog. Get it.

It's like a got-damn holiday here in the AM Powerlifting section.

Glad your happy as Dracula at a blood drive. I'm at work for another 3.5 hours and my back is killing me...

Hurry the hell up and pull you guys keep making me think he went.

Congrats on your first meet man. You can make up the differences you think you could have lifted in your next meet. 9x9 and biga$$ PRs on every lift is impressive for anybody. Good job dude

Question number 1: what did you learn today ?

Use heavier weight for my 3rd attempts.

I actually learned a ton from Ryan and all the guys he trains with, they invited me to go train with them in New Braunfels sometime. Which I definitely plan on doing. And, ammonia is awesome.

I love ammonia.

And that's very cool of Ryan. Sounds like an awesome learning experience all together

Awesome first meet, bruh! No worries about leaving something on the platform. Everyone who's ever stepped on has left some every time and they'll admit it. There will always be another meet. So much to take in at your first meet. Great work. Hope the competing bug has bit you hard!

Matt Kroc was the judge at the first meet I did. I had a chance to talk to him and one of the side judges after we were done. The consensus was I left ~60 on the bar for all 3 lifts.

Lesson learned...go for it...

I would guess I left about 30 for squat and DL.

Not bench though, maybe 10 tops.
