Jim Getting Pumped up with White Pump!

Me Upper:

CG Bench: 185 x 3, 205 x 3, 225 x 3, 245 x 1

Lolz, that 245 was hard as ****. Didn't go for any other reps, just because I would probably have missed.

Strict OHP: 135 x 5, 6, 6

WG Pull-up: BW x 8, 8, 7, 7

a1. Facepulls: Red x 25, 25, 25
a2. OH Band Pushdown: Purple x 30, 30, 30
a3. BB Curl: 65 x 12, 10, 8

Pretty good session overall. The pump was solid, it's actually the main reason I lost reps on the curls. Also, the tricep pushdowns had little mini breaks during the set because the pump was so painful lol.

White Pump Final Review!!

OK, so I've had a little under a week without White Pump to assess what differences I noticed after running out. I didn't get in as many workouts as I would've liked to assess it, but there isn't a lot I can do about that right now. The injury came at a really terrible time, right after getting the product to log....so this definitely wasn't my best log on AM.

Here goes.... (I will be assigning numbers to this from 1-5)

Taste: 2.

Like I mentioned in the log, I'm not a big fan of the taste. It did get to be easier to drink as the log went on, but I still didn't enjoy drinking it. Some people might love this flavor, but it wasn't a hit for me. Also, it is incredibly strong and takes a large amount of water to dilute.

Pump: 4

Obviously, this wasn't the best preworkout I've taken to get a huge pump but it was still a very noticeable effect. I typically like Nitrates for a good pump, and haven't used a ton of agmatine, but it definitely got the job done. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that anyone who uses this product will get a better pump than they would have without it and I definitely noticed a drop off after I ran out.

This is also going to be a major thing for guys that do higher volume BBing style training. While I do have some high volume assistance work, it is nothing that could be compared to a regular BB split in terms of total and daily volume. I can only imagine what the pump would be like on a MD routine (or something along those lines).

Muscular Endurance: 5.

This was incredibly noticeable throughout the log, there would be times that I would barely squeeze out the number of reps I wanted with a weight, and then 90 seconds later (give or take) I would be able to do a whole other set and hit every single rep. I wish I could've put a little more into this, because I really would've liked to see how this would have done with my regular strongman training.

Vascularity: 3.

I'm not incredibly vascular to start with (not incredibly lean, and even when I was I still wasn't incredibly vascular), but I did notice a difference when training. Nothing crazy, but, it was a noticeable improvement over nothing. Again, this would probably be much more pronounced with the higher volume BB style routines (and with leaner guys lol).

Focus: 4.

Ok, so it wasn't really an increase in focus (because there isn't really anything in here that would do that) but more of a better mind to muscle connection. Even with my compound lifts, I could feel the individual muscles contracting more than when I wasn't using the product. Which also helped lead to better pumps.

Overall: 4.

White Pump is a pretty basic product, but a very effective one. I wanted to try it because I know that all of the ingredients in it work well by themselves, and it's great to see them in good doses in one product. Obviously, for me, the major drawback on this was the taste. And that would be the only reason I don't buy it (not to say I'm not going to buy it lol). I know some guys would use this daily for long periods of time, and honestly, I would too if I thought that I could drink it daily everyday. I would recommend this to someone looking to buy a non-stim preworkout, or even to someone that just wants to add a couple of solid ingredients to his regular preworkout blend and doesn't want to mix a bunch of flavorless powders together.

I appreciate you guys letting me give this a go, and I really wish I could've given this log more than I could have. Only being able to train 2x a week really doesn't give a great chance to show what this product could really be capable of.

Jim I appreciate the honesty and details, and for sticking with the log through your injury. Can always count on you. If White Pump gets enough love, then we can expand on it's flavors.
