Jdg's 26 Week Prep

I'm praying for a speedy and permanent recovery for you. Keep the great attitude. It makes all the difference! We're here for you!

My thoughts exactly! Hope you get into the ortho soon! I'm glad your friend called the other day! I know that lifted your spirits to hear from someone dear to you! It's amazing how others, despite their struggles, can make such an impact on our lives!

Thanks everyone for the thoughts and prayers. I was up on and off from 11 last night with severe pain. It would come and go in both hands. My wife talked with the receptionist yestarday. She said she will look at the schedule today and hopefully get me in tomorrow. They are going to do a MAG test first, It is to see if I have peripheral neuropathy.

I have an ortho appointment at 10:15 in the morning.

Not lifting but still have crazy vascularityInvalid Link Removed

Life throws us hurdles most people try to jump them we are the type to run right through them get well friend

Let us know what the Ortho says. I hope it's something minor.

Good luck man

That vascularity! One day I will get there. Awesome

Seen doc. Not sure what's wrong. Possibly carpel tunnel both hands. Getting nerve test scheduled to rule that out. But may be up to two months!!,, gotta were braces both hands an advil for inflammation to see if it heals on its own. NO pain meds either. Said they don't help with nerve pain.

Got test scheduled for next Wednesday.

There are some that help with nerve pain but why your having that pain in the first place needs to be determined I think

Interesting a doc would say that. I was on pain meds for 8 years because of nerve pain. Your whole doc situation seems strange. Glad mine listened to me and did the MRI to appease me. I hope yours is just CTS. Much easier fix.
Your pain level must be on the lower side of the scale if they also only recommended Advil. I would've thought 800mg Motrin 2-3 times a day.

Frankly, I'm also surprised at no MRI after it got worse after the chiro popping your neck.

I live in town under 10,000 people. if that explains anything. And he did say I could take aleve twice a day. Not much difference though.

A lot of times I wish I lived in a small town. Soooo many pluses to it. For medical stuff I'm so happy I live in an area full of retirees. So many docs here. Hospitals, walk in clinics, and a specialist for things I didn't even know you needed a specialist for lol! Good luck man, I know the pain sucks...

Thanks man! Leaving up to the man upstairs and help me get through till next week! hopefully I can get something done soon after the nerve test.

Ah smart move turning it over....

Yes Sir!!

I wore both my braces last night plus took two aleve. I woke quite a few times because they were uncomfortable, but my hands never hurt!! :)

I have got to get back in the gym. I am only working part time right now am I am going crazy. I did some light cardio this morning and am going to go a few times a week to lift. I can still do some leg/calf/core exercises without my hands. I need to clean my diet back up to. I know a lot is water but i have put almost ten lbs back on. To many PB&J sammwhiches :)

Glad to hear the braces are helping. Maybe you'll heal up on your own and won't need any surgery. Surgery sucks.

Man I hope, we will see how it goes tonight.

Decided to go to the gym today. I figured I can still do legs and core work and am going nutz sitting around the house. I can't squat yet so I did used the sled and worked on some negatives thanks DreamWeaver. I used the extension machine to warm up and my knees were really hurting. Bad enough I couldn't go over much more than 80lbs ?? they were starting to hurt on the press too. So I hit the hammies some and did some incline sit-ups.
I think I will to this 2 to 3 times a week an do light cardio twice a week. Got to do something to stay in decent shape until I can hit it hard again.

Sounds like a lot of joint issues. It may not do much, but have you tried taking cissus?

Have you looked into BPC 157 and TB 500? I ran TB500 post surgery and remembering feeling great on it. My shoulder also healed fast on it according to the doctor. Pretty popular doctor as well and he was impressed with no pain and range of motion after 3 months. I was a little beatch during PT though..lol

Trying to convince my wife to let me try BPC 157 but she is not having it. Want to test it out for my degenerative arthritis in my foot.

I dont know much, or haven't looked into peptides. I hear a lot about them but need to do some research.

Also I only woke 3 times am slept better last night than I have in 3 weeks!!!!

What did your dosing look like and how long post surgery did you run it?

2mg once a week for 6 weeks, then 5mg once a month for 3 months I believe.

My rat got a headache and felt dizzy/sickish a couple times I remember after injecting it in him for a short time

I think you would do good with either having your height. You weight is low enough your probably do bantem or light weight.

Been out of the gym for the most part for 3 weeks now but I've kept most my size and still staying lean.Invalid Link Removed

Looking good man. Hopefully it's not too much longer for them to get it figured out.

Thanks!

Hopefully! I am itching to get back at it full time!! Going to do legs here in a bit, but it is just a teaser!!

Looking great!! Glad you're getting some sleep and a little relief! I hope they get things figured out soon for you!

Yes I realize that but at current stats even at 4% bf I wouldn't make bantam. I mean I could sweat out 3-4lbs for weighs in but I want to add quite a bit more weight this year.

If I remember right you are around 150? You really need to put a lot of size on if you want to be in middle weight. The top of middle is 176. And really you don't want to build up to 180, cut down and drop water and weigh in at the bottom of the class. If you were going to weigh in at 156, you would be better to just drop a few more and be in light weight? Make sense?

Thanks and I am hoping. Tomorrow is my docs appointment..

Holding size, and the shreds. Hopefully you'll be back in the gym ASAP

Went to day to do legs. Sets of 20 on the sled and some single leg hammie stuff.
