I don't bother with brown anymore honestly.
Do you use any intraworkout carbs?
I've went hypo before and this is almost what it feels like...
You are cycling carbs or refeeding ?
Kind of both. I set it up a little different than most. My high carb days are Monday and Friday which are leg days. Tuesday is a mod carb, Wed and Thurs are low, and I will try for <20 on the weekends. I would like to just say screw it and go keto, but I don't deal well with no carbs haha.
think he's 11 weeks out. His show is April 4th.How many weeks you got left ? I think I asked before but I forgot, old fuggers do that.

He's not behind by any means. He's recent pictures look like he's on track if not a little ahead
My carbs are 205g- 148g- 104g- 104g- 205g- 0g- 0g Monday through Sunday.
Yes I am 11 weeks out, and you guys are probably right about being a little low. Just getting nervous is allI can't take clen so I am going to try T3 again soon to see if that helps. I am doing cardio twice a day. Sprints in the am and stairclimber in the evening after my workout. Total around 30-35 mins. I've lost 3lbs in 11 days so I should be doing ok, like I said, just nervous. I see guys who are 8-10 weeks out on other shows and are way leaner than I am.

I know..... the feeling. I did 2.5 hours of cardio last night. I am going to go old school from my fighting days start doing roadwork running 50yrd sprints burpees etc. I think that really burns the calories and tires you out.
1 cup coffee, 2 tbs coconut oil
Cardio
2.5 hours is insane!! I saw in your log where you were running the streets around your neighborhood. I wish is wasn't freaking 10 deg here I would take our boxer out for a jog in the mornings. He's getting to be a lazy dog anyway haha.
.
Quick question... what does coconut oil taste like in coffee? I typically have a drop of skim milk and a splenda in coffee, would it replace both?

-16 Celsius (3F) in Toronto this morning... didn't stop me!![]()

I got in 25 mins cardio this morning, but it was just a fast incline walk. I hit my calves pretty hard Monday, and from doing sprints and the stairclimber so much this week they are not recovering, still sore!!
I'll be headed back to lift in about an hour and then off to work this evening.
Doing great in here!!
I don't really taste it. I use it one, for a little extra boost of energy, and two I try to keep my fats higher in the morning with no carbs. So no, it wouldn't replace the "taste" you would have from skim milk and splenda.
Guess I need to stop being a puss![]()

Looking good JD. Nice shoes too.
It may just be me, but I don't find that there is that much flavor in C.Oil.
Looking good brother
Thanks everyone, makes me feel a little better getting positive feedback.
mixedup I have no idea what it is right now. I need to start checking it. I just use some small digital calipers, but after about a week of checking it everyday I get pretty accurate. Whether the calipers are accurate or not I don't know, but at least I can still see my progress if the % goes down.
As for my delts, they are one of my favorite body parts to work. I'd rather see a huge delt pump on shoulder day, than a bicep pump![]()
