workout was good no I was a little upset that i didnt have any strength gains but all is good I love the endurance from this stuff. Like i said for me If i ran it higher it would have been better for sure.
The only side i did notice was a drop off in libido but it has come back recently, i was thinking of bridging into 3 weeks of EPI does anyone think thats a good idea ? or jjust go into PCT which would be easy cause shutdown was probably not to severe and i have a lot of goodies to get me back up.
