Day 1:
I moved into a new apartment earlier this month but did not have internet access until very recently. I have been keeping a log for several days now, and will post what I have so far and continue to update online throughout the rest of my cycle. My apologies to USP for the delay and any inconveniences it may have caused.
Stats:
Age: 21
Height: 5’8
Weight: 138
Size: 5
BF: Guessing 14-15% (I have attached 2 pics)
Goals:
My overall goal for this stack is fat loss along with toning muscle. My inspiration is provided by D’s wife who ran these same exact products with great results. After 4 months of usage she lost 13lbs of fat while adding 5lbs of lean muscle!! Hopefully I am able to achieve similar results.
Supplements/Dosing:
C2- 2 pills upon waking 20 minutes prior to breakfast, and another 3 capsules with my Pre-workout meal.
Powerfull- 2 pills upon waking 20 minutes prior to breakfast, and another 2 capsules 20 minutes prior to my pre-workout meal.
cAMP-1 pill prior to sleeping.
Sample Diet:
Meal 1: All Bran cereal with skim milk
Meal 2: Rice Cake snack (I am addicted to the caramel kind)
Meal 3: Fat-free ham sandwich on multi-grain bread with 1 cup of skim milk
Preworkout: Fat-free ham sandwich on multi-grain bread
Postworkout: Prolab Natural Lean Complex MRP
Meal 6: 99% fat free chicken breast mixed into a salad with 1 tbsp of fat free ranch dressing (another meal I am addicted to)
* Every Saturday I will take 1 cheat meal.
Workout:
Unfortunately, I am unable to post my training. My workout is custom built by my boyfriend (Jblaze) who has based much of my routine around Bobo’s training. My cardio will consist of 30 minutes of jogging either first thing in the morning or directly after my workouts.
