I had been waisting my time for almost 3 years in the Gym and spending alot of money on the supplements which never gave me results but pumps which only lasted for couple of hours.

Signed up with Bobo as recomended by a freind of mine who is currently using Bobo's Program. I have dafinately seen some great results in him.

I'm very excited about this program and definately looking foward to see some great results too.

I don't start the program until tomorrow. This week was all about asking questions and grocery shopping.

These will be my official start stats, taken this morning:
24 yo
6'0''
190.0 lbs
waist 34'' - hip bone
BF 8-9%

This will be a natural bulk and I will not be using any of the 'non-recommended' supplements.

Bobo, I will keep you updated here about my progress.

Thank you!

Good luck man, I just got done with a bulking plan myself and put on 25 lbs. Stick to what the man tells you, he knows his nutrition and training. Towards the second half of the program you may get bored with the foods, or you might have other problems but the better you follow the directions the better results you will see. When you get done you'll probably be like me and say "damn, that was the best 250 i ever spent."

Listen to the man and don't deviate. The longer you stick with it the better the results. My only regret is that I didn't sign up sooner. Welcome aboard you are now being trained by one of the best!

Thank you guys for the support. I am soo excited about seeing some great results ..

Ok today is 04/16 and I'm finally starting my Program.

Today is all about getting use to the 6 meals and setting my mind to the diet. Since it's my first day I'm really concerned with trying to make sure I get all of my meals in. So far I am doing great.

Tommorow will be a blast since I will be hitting the Gym early in the morning which offcoarse invigorates me and secondly I will also try to get use to the pre-workout and post-workout meals. .

I am fully satiated with Bobo's program.

I highly recommend buying some digestive enzymes to help your body process the food. Especially in the beginning since your body isn't use to the amount of food you are going to be taking in the coming weeks.

Don't skip meals and eat every three hours and you'll be fine. The workouts are only a small part of the whole equation. Keep in mind that quality foods equates to quality mass.:hammer:

good call on the digestive enzymes, before I got those my roomates wanted to throw me out of the room because I was stinking it up so bad. Another thing that helped me with the bobo gas was switching to whey isolate from whey concentrate. The higher quality protein was easier to digest.

I start on may 07, sign up a few days ago. I am as excited as you, ive wasted enough time on supps without the best diet. As far as the questionaire, i got a small one, did yours recommend what not to take for supps? Or did you get more than one questionaire?

Good luck on yours and hope you get some good quality gains, I know i'm hoping I do.

Hey betlax, you said you put on 25lbs, was that all natural? and if so what was your ending weight at, hope you had some good size increase.

Most recommendations on digestive enzymes and some of the issues you will have are posted in the client forum. I should sticky them. Maybe I will do that when I get back.

Everyone gets the same questionnaire for the most part.

yeah the 25 was all natural... i have a log of it in the private client section. I liked the bulking program so much, I figured I'd give the cutting program a try to so thats where I am now. I'm also keeping a log for the cut program too.

I got very nice size increases on the building program and so far with the cutting program I am keeping the size in the right places while cutting away some fat from the midsection.

Sorry for the late update, here is my information:

Day 1 :
Meal plan went very well. Followed it 100%.

Workout : Chest/shoulders/triceps/abs

I left my ego at the house since I knew that I am not really use to the tempo/form and technique. I had to drop down to almost 20lbs on all of my chest exercises and I was still struggling to get my required reps in. For the most part I did get my 8 reps in, but I still had trouble getting then in on a couple of exercises. On one I couldn’t get the reps, and I had to stop take couple deep breaths and then complete my reps. Adjusting to the weights might take couple days.

Overall, I loved the workout since it gave me a great energy and I was sore when I left the gym.

Day 2:
I am still adjusting to the meals. However, my face turned blue this morning, I swallowed 6 eggs and a cup of oatmeal, so early, at 5:30am. It is a lot of food, but I think I will get used to it in a few days.

Workout: Back/biceps/calves
Back and biceps workout went very well except for stiff-Leg deadlift (hurts too much). Did all the lifts and got all the reps. My back and biceps were still sore the next day and the day after that. Maybe because I played racquetball for 2 hours straight on the same day. I try not to use the straps since according to my buddy gten “ straps weakens the grip”.

Overall, it was a very good day.

Day 3:
I followed the meal plan went 100%. I try to eat my food with water since I so tend to get full easily. I do love dinner though; breakfast is difficult for me since it is quite a large meal, but I do manage to get it down

Workout : REST
Still slightly sore from the previous 2 days.

Day 4:
Chest/triceps/abs

I got use the weights at this point and all the reps went great. Eating the food is not a problem now. So far I believe my form and technique is fine.

Day 5: Workout: Legs
The workout went very well again. I am still sore; however, and this is the 4th day I did my legs. I am using the 3:2 ratio, and it is quite difficult when it comes to my legs. I am genuinely hurting from this one.

Overall, I do believe I am used to the food, form and the techniques by now. While I used to spend so many hours in the gym, now I get the same results in half the time.

Day 6: Back/biceps

I quickly worked out my back and biceps at 5 pm since did not have much time to complete my workout. It was not that bad; I worked my legs in the morning and back and biceps in the evening.

I feel pretty good after this week’s workout and meal plan. I am looking forward to another day in the Gym tomorrow morning and the large breakfast.
