Jaydee packs on the mass with FRL ALPHA MASS!!!

We usually recommend stacking with 4-AD if lethargy or libido becomes an issue. I haven't ran my alpha mass yet (have to wait till late fall/early winter to run any phs) but I'm usually pretty lucky in the lethargy libido area though.

How could 4-AD offset libido? I'm not lethargic to any degree, in fact, ever since introducing maca, my mood and energy has been better more consistently throughout the day. This was my first PH run, so I just wanted to see how I responded on a four week cycle before I introduce 4-AD, I was thinking about running the 4-AD and Alpha Mass combo later on, would you have to run an AI with this combo?
 
I started alpha mass last Monday and I wish my libido didn't die lol. I actually started experiencing pain in the balls until I introduced raw maca at 3tbs per day, one at breakfast, one lunch, and one at dinner. I started off as directions say: 3 morning and 3 about 8 hours later. The maca fixed the pain and I also split dose 2/2/2 throughout day. I am feeling and looking fuller at this point. My weight started at 185 and I weighed at 190 this morning and still pretty lean - about 8-10% bf.

I'm in to follow log.

Hmmmm, I haven't noticed any of those things yet. I wake up EVERY morning "ready to go" lol. My libido has actually gone UP. Everyone responds do things differently though. Glad to have you bro, nice gains so far.

Flat BB Bench - 215x5(+10lbs), 190x6(+5lbs), 170x8(+5lbs)

Incline DB Press - 90x4, 80x6(+2 reps), 70x7

Incline Hammer Strength Chest Press - 320x5(+1 rep), 270x5, 230x6, 180x10(+2 reps)

Cable Crossovers - 85x8(+5lbs), 75x9(+5lbs), 65x15(+5lbs and 4 reps), 65x12(+5lbs and 1 rep)

Seated Rotary Calf Press - 380x20(+5 reps), 350x16(+20lbs and 1 rep), 330x15, 310x16(+1 rep), 290x16(+1 rep)

Rope Crunches - 160x20, 140x20, 120x20

Great workout, great pumps, but now i have some left shoulder pain going on. Not sure what the problem is, but I hope it works itself out. The pain is in the joint itself.

Haha, don't make fun of me lol. I can do em for 8 if I do em first, but after 3 sets of heavy flat bench, there's just no way. I'm itching to get up to those elusive 100's! I can do flat DB press with the 100's, but not incline. Well.....maybe like 2 reps lol, but that doesn't count.
 
Hey I was bein serious lol I can only throw up 75's after I'm done benching. You have a strong upper chest!
 
10/7/11 - delts, back, abs, cardio - ALPHA MASS DAY 21

DB Military Press - 75x10(+6 reps), 75x7(+10lbs and 1 rep), 70x5(+15lbs) - I haven't done these in about a month, but holy crap did the 75's feel real light! Last time I did these I only got 4 reps and they felt heavy as crap haha. I knew it was going to be a good workout after the first set of these.

DB Side Lateral Raises - 45x10, 40x9(+1 rep), 35x12

Rack Deads - 405x8(+1 reps), 380x10(+5lbs), 345x12(+10lbs)

Bent Over BB Rows - 275x10(+1 rep), 250x12(+5lbs), 230x12(+5lbs)

Wide Grip Pull Ups - 11(+1 rep), 7(+3 reps), 7(+3 reps)

Upright BB Rows - 135x8, 115x9, 95x10 - new exercise

15min Treadmill at 3.8 mph

Awesome session as always with the ALPHA MASS, had a sick pumpin delts and back, and surprisingly enough I got a great pump in my traps with the BB rows, very noticeable even in just a regular t-shirt(AMS shirt of course). My weight is down to 192, not sure why the loss of 1 pound but i'm not complaining because looking at my numbers every workout, i'm obviously not losing muscle. Probably water or a bit of fat from the cardio 3x per week. I'm going to have a heavy refeed day this weekend, in hopes for a decent jump in weight and fullness. If it works like it should, I should look even more full than I already do, and weigh at least a few pounds more. I will be eating mass amounts of carbs via starches and refined sugars, but very low fat(3g or less per 25g of carbs). This is called skiploading for those who are not familiar with it. It works AMAZING pre-contest to get you leaner.
 
JayDee you have any shortness of breath or feeling of anxiety with this PH? Don't know if it's a cold coming on or the introduction of 4-AD but the past couple days I've had a feeling of heavy chest and short breath, almost like anxiety. Read in a couple forums that this can be a side of some PH's. Dropped the 4-AD today thinking maybe it's too much for me with the AM. Hope it clears up in a day or two cause I'm loving the gains from this cycle and planned on extending to 6 weeks.

Hmmm, nope no issues like that here man. Yea, some hormones can cause that to happen. Wait a week without using the 4-ad and if the problem goes away then you know that's what was causing it. If it's still happening then it's the AM and that would be unfortunate cuz like you, i'm loving the gains so far.

Thanks for the advice. Definately the 4-AD, dropped it yesterday and all previous sides gone! Strength and stamina in the gym all on point. Guess I'm gonna have to invest in another bottle of Alpha Mass and extend this cycle.

He legally changed his name to Warrior..lol. Travels around as a motivational speaker, preaches gospel I think. Either way he had a crazy life and seemed to go luny for awhile there.

1 Arm Preacher Curls - 50x9(+1 rep), 45x7, 40x7(+1 rep), 35x7(+1 rep)

Had an insane pump in my bis and tris! Felt strong and real good tonight. My weight is also up to 194lbs, so that's a 7lb gain from the start!

Leg Extension - 210x12(+15lbs), 190x12(+30lbs and 2 reps), 170x11(+30lbs and 1 rep), 150x12(+30lbs and 2 reps), 130x12

Seated Leg Curls - 140x9(+5lbs), 130x8(+5lbs), 120x8(+10lbs), 110x10, 100x12

Seated Rotary Calf Press - 375x26(+10lbs and 6 reps), 375x15(+55lbs), 355x15(+55lbs), 335x15(+35lbs), 315x15(+45lbs)

I didn't do BB Squats or hack squats because my back has ben killing me the past 3 days and I didn't want to put any excess pressure on it. I still burned out my legs just as well as I do with squats, if not more so. I did 10 sets for quads, rather than my usual 9. Had an insane pump in my legs and the 5 sets of leg presses and extensions burnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnned!

So when you say 40lbs like on the leg press you use to do 450 then you went up to 500, but with alpha mass you skipped the 500 & went to 540 correct?

Exactly. I knew I was going to be stronger since I didn't do heavy squats before leg presses, so I jumped up in weight quite a bit and pushed myself as hard as I possibly could.

Sorry guys, my family and I just moved across the country, back out west. It took us about 4.5 days to get there and before that we were packing and getting everything ready. Finally we're here and all setlled in. I start my new job tomorrow so i'm stoked about that. I'll be running my own store, well not MY store, but i'll be the manager. I signed up at a local gym that's open 24/7 which will be a plus, and I trained chest and calves 2 days ago, then back, delts, and traps last night. It felt sooooooooo good to get back in the gym. I ran out of ALPHA MASS the day we hit the road, but in the end I gained 8lbs total. I still feel great, taking my arom-x daily, and i've actually gotten stronger since the last time I was in the gym over a week ago. Again, I STRONGLY urge EVERYONE to try ALPHA MASS! You will NOT be disappointed! It WORKS! PERIOD! With little to no sides at all, maybe some lethargy but that's it. I didn't even get that, I felt great the whole time. Also, for me, the biggest thing was my skin. I have had acne ever since puberty, and EVERY time I use a legal PH, my skin gets worse from the hormone fluctuation. Well, with the ALPHA MASS my skin didn't get any worse at all. I was AMAZED! And the fact that it isn't methylated and bypasses the liver, I mean geez, can the stuff possibly get any better!? So to recap:

Little to NO sides, cost effective, non-methyl, great size and strength gains in a short time, the question is why would you NOT use it?

Your state actually, haha. We lived there for about 7yrs before moving to NY. We stayed in NY for about 8 months and the economy and weather is just terrible, so we came back. I am north of you though, I believe.
