keep goin son dont stop! im getting alittle bloaty from the hroid, i swear it does convert to methyl test and not clostebol. awesome str gains are going on in the gym for me. almost out of trenadrol though. o well...didnt impress me, prob wont run it again. hroid is treating me awesome! as i expected. bump that HD up son! your 200lbs, 100mg will be ok

I ran H-drol @ 125mg when I was about 190lbs, so ya, 100mg is fine. That stuff is so mild.

Yes, I figured that... Today, I have decided that this week (7th week) will be my last and then weeks 8-13 will be PCT.

btw... HD is bumping up to 150mg!!

I rocked the gym today! I set three new PR's, and hit my goal on Flat Bench of 335x1 - However, it felt like pushing up 335lbs of sharp steel; my poor joints. I easily repped 110x6 on DB's and again simply curled out 60x6 on DB's. My joints only went through excruciating pain during Flat Bench Press and felt fine throughout the rest of my workout. I'll definitely keep the weight down on Flat Bench during PCT. All the weights felt extremely light today. My pumps were huge and I was vascular as all hell. I've not much else to say as everything above speaks for itself.

Oh.. I was CG Benching light today, bc I worked arms directly after chest.. I'm sure I could CG Bench much more if I just worked arms on a separate day. I've done 225x6-8 in the past; I'm not sure what I could push up now, but probably more. Thanks!
 
ah man i was listening to my buddy do heavy flat bench and his elbows were just popping like no other...it was making me cringe lol. i asked him about it and he said tere was no pain but they just always pop...anyways it sounded like it would hurt haha. i bet your joints are killing. i know you've prob gained a sh*t ton of str this cycle. have fun with your last week bro! hit it hard. 150mg HD sounds NICE hahaha

Yuck, my friend does that too, except with his shoulders. My joints only hurt during heavy bench presses and heavy bb/ez curls. I have gained more strength than I was expecting, which I am pleased about. Thanks, bro!
 
i bet so man. im sure its been fun... since you said keep you updated: i think its day 9 on hroid at 50mg hit more prs today for shoulders. ive gained 4lbs since adding the hroid already and i look alot bigger too. i only gained maybe 3 lbs of the trenadrol. but im sure i gained alittle more than that i just leaned out alot. im sitting at 222.6 as of right now! my goal is 225lbs by the end but id LOVE to end up at 230lbs. started at 215ish. guess im just gonna have to keep eating BIG! yeaaaaa buddyyyy! ill prob keep my dosage at 50mg cuz it seems like its working...i swear i ust respond awesome to hroid and clones. i LOVE me some androgenic roids mwuahaha. im thinkin pplex might treat me well too. isnt it pretty androgenic?

Nice job, man. Dirty bulk the sucka' if you wanna hit 230... you've always got the fall and/or next spring/summer to shred up. And yes, I believe that PP is more androgenic.

ha! no discouragement intended. Personally, for my weight, I think I don't have enough upper body strength and I think I have too much lowerbody/leg strength.

During my squat sesh, tonight, I was unknowingly observed by a pro powerlifter. After my fourth set, he walked over to me, and told me that my form could be better. Apparently, I have been squatting with somewhat bad form for the past 3-4 years - Fortunately, he brought this to my attention, before I injured myself. So, I listened to good advice, took heed, and ended my last set with 455x3 (half reps). He said that my form is not far off from being great, but that I am putting too much stress into my knees as they stick out further than my toes do. I will be squatting with him next week and he will teach me a more proper form. He told me that I had much more potential, and once I incorporate more hams into my lifts, I will be able to squat even more. :biggthumpup:

However, I am in a predicament. I enjoy lifting for both size and strength, but more so strength. I would love to squat bigger numbers, but I don't want my legs getting any bigger; I would actually like my legs to be a bit smaller. It is strange, whenever my legs get big, so does my waist. My abs are very toned, but my waist is much bigger than it should be. I don't like having to wear a size 34-36 in jeans when i wear 30-32. I have always had awesome genetics in my legs. I could lift my legs/calves every month and still net good results.

Q: Please, exclude my ignorance if this is a given, but is it possible/logical for me to lift more weight than a person who is as big as/bigger than me, more lean, and weighs the same?

*I believe the only possibility of gaining more strength but losing/keeping the same leg size is by leaning out, correct? Are there any other options?

Tonights workout turned out nice. Again, I decided to take it easy on my quads. It seems as though my strength has come to a halt; as if the Tren is slowly diminishing. Knowing this now, I am glad that I will be ending this cycle this week. My body is telling me that I have had enough. My body felt fine tonight. I had minor pains in my knees and ankles, but nothing serious.

BLOAT - 5/10 (dunno if it is the water or foodstuffs)
LIBIDO - 8.5/10
JOINT PAIN - 3.75/10 (ankle and knees)

man i kinda have started half dirty bulking just to get alot of cals. its just that tren and the hroid are just keeping most of the fat gain really low so i said why not. my shirts are def getting tighter up top and my pants feel the same before cycle, maybe even looser which is sweet! i did like the opposite of your cycle. i cut (not on purpose lol) now im bulking. hey whatever works!:dunno:

i didnt know how tren was going to treat me anyways. good str gains, lost body fat, barely any muscle gain. kinda makes me think of what i read about winny lol. i think im going 75mg on the hroid since im out of tren. so i have about 2 more weeks left. i just dont know what to do, if i should keep it at 50mg and run it for 4 weeks, or up it to 75mg and just run it alittle under 3.5 weeks. ill prob do the later because ive gained ALOT of str and im prob getting close to not gaining much more str right now, and it will prob help me get over 225lbs maybe hit 230, i dont think ive ever been heavier than 223 or so....but im DEF stronger than i was when i weighed 223 about a year ago or so. im kinda ready for pct. sounds weird but you prob feel the same, even though its been fun its time for some recovery! haha...looking forward to running t911 in pct

i recently just ran across a thread speaking about how some of the trenadrol batches were bunk. i hate to say, but perhaps you got some bunk trena? let the rest of this week decide on whether or not to up the dosing. make sure you got those joints lubed up for those heavy lifts. have fun with the t911 as i have heard/read many great things about it.

nah man i really dont think my trenadrol was bunk. i had great str gains and alot of fat loss from it. i think i just reponded differently than most people. trust me im a former fat boy and i dont think i could just magically lose body fat like that haha. take my word. and i feel you....im eating like 80 percent clean.

My workout today went exceptionally well. I did have to rest longer in-between sets as it felt like I was a smoker (out of breathe). My right quad cramped up and middle back region started straining during my shrug session. I had to sit down for a second and massage my quad, and as for my back, it felt like someone had pulled my spine back like a rubber band and flung it. My leg feels just fine now, but my middle back is still aching, and my right ankle feels strained. There was no way possible that I was going to set a new pr for incline bench today.. I just did not have the strength to push through, so I ended my last set for 225x6. It seems like no matter what grip I have on the incline, it still strains the hell out of my delts when I come all the way down. I did set a new pr on lat pulldowns... as said above, the weight on our gyms (Zach's Club 54) lat machine seems to be more heavy when compared to other lat machines. For example, at Gold's, I could easily do 200+. The CG Pullups felt easily executed today, and I could have easily gone bwx10-12 for 3 sets, but opted to stay with bwx6, with a long pause/stretch in-between each rep. My forearms felt and looked visibly pumped today, and they are also getting stronger (i could have lifted more weight). My biceps and triceps are now beginning to split up more. As for shrugs, i kept the weight moderate as i didn't want to go heavy and cause possible injury to my back.

Why is it that only my legs get/stay sore/cramped for a few days after a quad workout? My hams seldom get this bad.. and I workout my other body parts hard as all hell, but they don't cramp/get sore like my quads do.

That said, I WILL have "after" pics this sunday on my rest day, and more "after" pics at the end of my run with PCT.

the highest I ran Hdrol was 100mg...how do you feel on the 125?
Im planning my next cycle...

I'm running it at 150mg, and I feel just fine. I'd suggest that you drink A LOT of water and shove down those hawthorne berries as I've had a few, short nosebleeds. I can't justify what my nosebleeds are from, but I think it may just be a scab that hasn't had time to heal, because my nose only bleeds sometimes when I blow it too hard.

Yes, I know it's quite long and harsh. I may shorten the cycle, or replace the P-Plex w. Bold200. And as for the 11-OXO Bridge, I've read/heard many things here and there, but if I could get anymore opinions, I will drop it. I am still deciding on what to use for PCT, but I've got Nolva/Clomid @ hand, and I am open to any suggestions.

yea you just commented on my 6 week p plex/ m drol cycle and told me to swap out one or the other methelayted compounds for something milder like tren but your runnin h drol, p plex and tren for a 10 week cycle?:dunno:
 
just an update on the hroid for ya J 11 days in im up too 224.6lbs..thats 7lbs in 11 days since i started the hroid at 50mg. im taking 75mg today and ill prob take 75mg on workout days and 50mg on non workout days. its like a pulse within a cycle! haha. its going great!

I did 100 on Hdrol and felt fine. Im a big boy so yea...Ive never ran Pmag, so I wanna see how I feel on it, I figure two weeks will be long enough on it. Hdrol is week 3 for me

HD is a lot more milder than PP or SD. My cycle ends this week for a total of 7 weeks, with a VERY STRONG PCT lined up. I was just trying to help you from the information given.

Can't help you when it comes to Pmag, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to run it the way you're running it as you've not run Pmag before. However, I would throw in one more week of HD.. maybe dose it like 0/0/50/75/100/100/125/125.

well done! have you not got enough to keep it dosed at 75mg all the way through? i've never been a fan of dosing my ph/ds higher during w/o days, and dosing them lower during non w/o days.

i can i just figured i could make it last longer that way. uping it to 75mg ED would leave me at only 3 weeks of hroid instead of almost 4 dosing it like this
 
haha. i've played it before, but i'm not a big fan of any sort of golf... UNLESS, nakey chickies are present ;)

maybe you just werent good at it? im not pro....but im better than all my friends i play with. i workout so i guess that why? i def added yards to my drive throughout this cycle! hahaha my drives are around 250-275. thats not great but when my friends are only throwing 200 and less. i can almost tomahawk as far as they drive lmao
