Meal 1 (preworkout) - 5 eggs (2 whole) w/ cheese, protein shake

Meal 2 (postworkout) - 2 hard boiled eggs, apple, double protein shake

Meal 3 - chicken breast, broccoli

Meal 4 - Bison burger, lettuce, tomato

Meal 5 - Tuna, mayo, berries, celery w/ natural PB

Meal 6 - 2 steaks, orange


Cal- 2058 Carb - 113 Protein - 272

Todays weight is still 199! Off to the gym now, got legs and shoulders,
 
Workout 4/7

Today was leg and shoulder day. Still not having any side effects worth noting but today during cardio I got the thermogenic feeling everyone else has been! I was completely soaked in sweat!

Squat - 225/10, 275/7, 315/5, 315/5

Hack Squat - 180/10, 230/8, 230/10, 230/10

Leg Extension - 120/10, 120/12, 130/10, 130/10

Seated Calf Press - 180/20, 210/15, 210/15, 225/15

Standing Calf Raise - 120/10 x 3

Seated Leg Curl - 70/15, 80/10, 90/12, 100/10

Military Press - 95/12, 135/6, 135/6

Shoulder Press - 60/12, 70/10, 80/8

Lateral Raise - 95/8, 95/8, 95/6

Cardio - Run 1 mile, 15 min interval training on elliptical

Im just getting over some nagging shoulder injury which is why i've been so easy on my shoulders.
 
Hey, is it possible to have a reaction to the AndroSeries? I broke out with a rash on both arms around the inner part of my elbow. Ive taken alot of supplements before and never had this, I have no known allergies. I really doubt that its from the AndroSeries but wanna check. Thanks for any input!

Don't think it is related, food allergy would present almost immediately after ingestion. May have contracted it from something you touched...?
 
Sorry I havent posted yet today been busy as hell! I havent been sleeping that well the last few nights (worried about this govt shut down) so my workout today was nothing to brag about, jst did some arms then 20 min on interval training on the elliptical. My food breakdown for the day is:

Cal - 1984
Carb - 109
Protein - 227

And I dropped yet another pound! weighed in at 197 today! Im starting to feel the AndroLean more and more everyday it seems like!

Are you still active duty, pretty certain it will not effect them.

No im no longer in the military, just a federal employee now! But ya if the shut down occurs it does effect our active troops, even the ones in a war zone!
 
Would you guys recommend a carb up day to prevent muscle loss during my cut or is staying around 100 sufficient?
 
Alright today was just a half hour interval training on the elliptical and then some abs. Starting to be able to see the abs! Summer here I come :)

Welcome thanks for following along! The rash is doing alot better, been putting some cortisone on in. I think it was from this sunscreen I used nothing to do with the AH AL.
 
Well today is my off day. Still not having any side effects from it, no noticeable increased aggression, acne has not gotten any worse, only thing is the dramatic weight loss ive had! Today I weighed in at 197, and thats after eating pretty bad yesterday (went to a baseball game)

Didnt have a great workout today, stomach is all bubbly and wont settle down for what ever reason. Even though I had a bad workout I was sweating quite a bit for what I was doing! Due to my stomach being messed up today dont really know what im going to eat through out the day although I have some T-Bones marinating right now for dinner :)

I will post some more pics. debating if I was gonna post some midway pics. So far I can tell im slimming down, but I have lost some size along with it. So far I have absolutley no complaints about this stack, but to comment on meeting my expectations ill save that for the end ;)

By "size" do you mean LBM? Have you lost strength, or had had your BF% taken to confirm this?

Shouldn't the Androhard prevent that? Heck shouldn't the AH/AL stack prevent that? BTW congrats on your overall success.

Ya sorry guess I should clarify that! No I have no strength loss, but I thought my arms were looking a bit smaller the other day. So I measured them and lost 1/2 inch on each. Not sure if its actual muscle or some flap I had, but hey the old lady likes it more!

Thanks man! Ya it should prevent it but I have been doing cardio everyday so it could be some fat I had around my muscles that I lost.

If you have had no strength loss then I highly doubt it's muscle. I know how it can mess with your head though, but in all reality you end up realizing how much extra "weight" you were actually carrying.

When you get a chance throw up a comparison shot with your previous pics and new pics.

Ya thats true! As far as the pics go ill try and get some up around half way through my 8 weeks, dont want to put to many up and diminish the results effect!!!! LOL
 
With ~107g of carbs, I'm going to guess that it's mainly from a lack of glycogen.

This would make sense since my energy levels have been really low lately but my sleep as been horrible over the last week and a half too. So kind of hard to determine, but I did finally sleep good last night so hopefully ill get a better sense of which it is. As far as the carb's shouldnt I be around half body weight for moderate weight loss?

I think we'll have to wait till the end to know how the stack works out for you ;) I know that with a lower carb approach, water and glycogen will be lost. That's why when guys do their refeeds they look much better due to the fullness of the muscles.

There really isn't a concrete answer to the carb question. It would be much easier if there was, but there are a myriad of factors that play into how many grams of carbs you need (e.g. genetics, training, LBM, insulin sensitivity, etc.).

FWIW, I have about 150g a day even though I'm not really cutting per say.
 
IMO. Sleep is super important while trying to lose fat. ... Or gain muscle.

If sleep continues to be an issue I would strongly recommend melitonin or powerfull.

Keep up the good fair and honest work!!
