Sorry guys been a rough ****ing week here!
Ok I'm just going to scan over last week. I had a good back and bi day, but the following workout legs (during squats esp.) My body made it clear that it was really getting tired of my **** :lol: I can understand why. I have been pushing it a LOT and eating 700 under maintenance. So upped Protein to 230 and took the rest of that week off (just missing shoulders and calves).

Got back in there yesterday for Chest and tri's. This week though will be a MAJOR deload, since I have been pushing my luck.
MONDAY:
Pre Workout: Chemical X
Training Music: Nero- Strength of a thousand men
Chest
Chest Press machine: 3 sets x 15 reps with: 135, 180, 180
Chest Press: 4 Sets x 12 Reps: 80, 80, 80, 80
Triceps
Rope Pushdowns 4 sets x 12 Reps: 55, 60, 65, 65
Tricep Kickbacks 3 sets x 12 reps: : 20, 20, 20
Wrist Curls 3 sets x 15 reps with 35
I did Back and Bi's today
Pre Workout: Chemical X
Workout Music: Bloodsimple- Dead man walking
Back
Pull Ups 3 sets x 10 Reps
Dumbbell Rows 4 sets x 12 Reps with: 55, 60, 65, 70
Cable curls: 3 sets x 12 Reps with: 55
Concentration curls: 2 sets x 20 reps with 35
Ab curls 3 sets x 15 reps with: 75
Like I said this week will be seriously light and chill for some recovery.
