Sorry guys been a rough ****ing week here!
Ok I'm just going to scan over last week. I had a good back and bi day, but the following workout legs (during squats esp.) My body made it clear that it was really getting tired of my **** :lol: I can understand why. I have been pushing it a LOT and eating 700 under maintenance. So upped Protein to 230 and took the rest of that week off (just missing shoulders and calves).

Got back in there yesterday for Chest and tri's. This week though will be a MAJOR deload, since I have been pushing my luck.

MONDAY:
Pre Workout: Chemical X
Training Music: Nero- Strength of a thousand men

Chest
Chest Press machine: 3 sets x 15 reps with: 135, 180, 180
Chest Press: 4 Sets x 12 Reps: 80, 80, 80, 80
Triceps
Rope Pushdowns 4 sets x 12 Reps: 55, 60, 65, 65
Tricep Kickbacks 3 sets x 12 reps: : 20, 20, 20
Wrist Curls 3 sets x 15 reps with 35
I did Back and Bi's today
Pre Workout: Chemical X

Back
Pull Ups 3 sets x 10 Reps
Dumbbell Rows 4 sets x 12 Reps with: 55, 60, 65, 70
Cable curls: 3 sets x 12 Reps with: 55
Concentration curls: 2 sets x 20 reps with 35
Ab curls 3 sets x 15 reps with: 75

Like I said this week will be seriously light and chill for some recovery.

Rear dealt raises 3 sets x 12 Reps using 60's
Barbell shrugs 3 sets x 15 Reps using 90
Calf raises 3 sets x Failure using 100
Ab Curls 3 x failure using 80

Will update Chest and Triceps tonight.
 
Mondays chest and tri workout was insane. Got the best tricep pump ever!! Back and bi's was okayish, but skipped deadlifts and will work them in tonight with legs.
 
I love working out on a Friday night. No HS kids or douchebags, because they are all out drinking.

It's the new formula of this pre Workout and they took out the DMAA and replaced it with more caffeine, Beta Alinine and Niacin, it's nice during workout but the crash...dang.
 
I actually feel high, because of the crash. I like this stuff :D
 
Injected delt for the first time this cycle, with sust. Needless to say I regret my descision so much :lol: So tonights tricep and chest workout will be interesting :D

jakz! I am following. I'm sorry for not posting more. I've got a ton of logs I've been following (plus trying to update mine too) - and sometimes by the time I visit, some of the updates are pushed to the bottom of the list and I don't see them.

Plus, you do so much volume in your workouts that, just reading them makes me tired. No energy to type after :) Lots of hard work!
 
One thing you'll see with logging over a period of time is that the commenting really slows down, but people still follow. Stay with it homie we're watchin'!!

Yea I definitely am following along. Always on my mobile so I don't always have time to comment and when I do I usually make some type of spelling mistake or have auto correct issues. Anyways keep it up bro
 
Honestly, when I started my own log, I thought NO ONE was following beyond the couple guys that convinced me to start it in the first place. It wasn't until someone mentioned me in a thread I'd never been in and went over there to check it out that I realized a lot more people were looking than I realized.
 
I measured my arms this morning for the first time in months, since I'm cutting all I've been measuring is my gut :D. Came back at 47cm/ 18.5" , My arms don't hold fat at all! when I started working out I hated this. I love it now. My arms (triceps) have always gained mass rapidly. The downside is my tiny legs just refuse to grow...Sucks!

Try test/e 2 x week for the delts, painless for me.

My tri's are amazing. I am greatful for my genetics. When bulking I can usually get them to 19's at around 220-230. I shall try it with test C, sust is one helluva (painful) drug :D

So I woke up this morning unable to move my shoulder. Luckily I anticipated this and had my Celebrex and water next to my bed. Drank 400mg and 2 hours later it was better :lol:

Standing single leg raises 3 Sets x Failure.

Abs

TODAY

Shoulder press: Drop Sets, 3 Sets x 12(12), 10(8), 10.
Bent over shoulder raises: 4 Sets x 12 Reps.
Shrugs: 4 Sets x Failure.
Ab Curls: 3 Sets x Failure.

I have been busy the last two weeks and did not update the log. Here is a picture after some bicep and back action. The quality is terrible and the lighting is off, so not something to judge by. Just putting it here to assure all that the log will be getting back on track from Monday.

Really holding a lot of water since dropping the AI a few ago. Did last pin last night and this one chooses to make a lump. O well, a few days it should be better. I also decided to go half serving on the pwo. Made everything so much better.
 
I do realize I don't have an impressive physic, but oddly enough, this is my type of physic. No six pack, but no belly. Just sort of .. "Bulky"

I had a cheat day today, but decided to try something else. Usually I buy McDonalds/Burger King etc. Today I made this:

Chocolate brownie, 3x Peanut butter, 400 ml Milk, 3 scoops yogurt, 2 Scoops chocolate whey and flan.

mixed into a blender produced 2 glasses of the best shake ever!
 
Did Triceps and shoulders today, because I will be busy tomorrow.

Triceps:
Tricep Pushdowns: 3 Sets x 15 Reps.
Dips: 3 Sets x Failure.

Shoulders:
Shoulder raises: 4 Sets x 12 Reps.
Bent over Raises: 4 Sets x 12 Reps.
Shrugs: 5 x 15 Reps.

I wanted to get some shoulder action shots, but the gym was full so I just took a Tri shot instead. Starting to lose some water now.
