All right!!!! Today was a happy day for islandmagic!!! IT was legs and shoulder today because I skip on sunday!!!! MRjack3d is going well for me, I up the dose to 2 scoops and that seems to be good for now but I need some feed back from folks who been using MrJack3d because I am wounder after a while do you get use to the affects of jack? Becuse the first time I took it i was taking 1 scoop, I was like wow bam slam then it took 1.5 scoops and now i up 2 scoops I did take 2.5 once that was to much, but now I know can take 2.5 and be allright!! so any feed back will be great! to the work out

Last thing I just order Dark Matter From MHP.... I ran out of my EAA stack

Hello all... I did arms today!!!!! FYI my Dam legs are sore from Monday Leg day!!!
JAck 2coops I will need 2.5 soon. Jack felt extremely good today.. I am going to use my make up ( Wed) to do Bi's... I had some good strength and my Arms are swollen, I love it I am telling you ( MRjack3d give me High and lows) I love some day and so so others.

Hello Ok I had hard day @ work!!! So got to the Gym late pissed I did not follow my workout plan.. So I did my lazy chest workout 2 scoops Mrjack3d. Nothing real to report but I must say have lost some fat or somthing becuse I was rock soild @190 and now I am 186 lean with more muscle defintion... even the wife says hey you are looking leaner ... FYI I am drinking Dark MAtter!!!! I love the taste!!!!!!! I will not be posting food because you now how I eat!!!!!

Hell all I cut my back short today.. Family come number 1 as allways!!!*Jack3d 2 scoops nothing new but I think it gave me some good power today

Lever Incline Row ( the goal is to complete 2 super drop sets wide grip and closed grip 60lb 20 reps I also alternate wide then closed set 1 then set 2 closed then wide for set 2 20 sec rest between sets)

W= 60/20 same as last week closed grip= started @ 60 completed 40 ( last week comp @30) yes first set

yeah I noticed that with jack3d, I'm curious tho...are you drinking any bcaas or anything intra-wo? I noticed that when I did that last night (along with the jack3d) I was on fire. I felt like I had to stop myself from hurting myself I just wanted to lift the world!

I am drinking intra-Aid.. Love it!!!! Yea JAck kinda crazy with my intra-aid...
Also I drink Dark Matter for post@@@@ That stuff is the bomb.. Have you every tried shock therapy from Universal for pre workout drink?

Positive:
Focus in the gym is out of this world…
No jitter no my heart is going to jump out my chest (well unless you take to much)
Endurance is just unbelievable you keep going like the energizer rabbit... (I believe this is where you make gains in strength and a little size…)

Negative (I am saying this with a grain of salt because I have not completed the tub yet so I could change my mind)
Pumps are on and off Some days I am real pump and some days not so much ( I think it's on how hard you work out too and how hard you push yourself , But I have got pumps for other pre workout drinks with same routine)
My tolerance of jack seems to go up. I was taking 1 scoop then 1.5 then 2 and now I will need 2.5… Now my other pre work drink that did not happen…. Plus I only workout 3 times a week, I want to know what happens if you work out 5 days a week????????

I haven't taken intra-aid, dark matter or shock therapy. My bcaas are from np and I mix them with crystal light...tastes fine. I might start adding some wms to the mix for better uptake, but might not need it. Post wo I usually take 40g of whey protein and mix it with some wms in a glass of water and chug it down...works good.

I agree...it made all the difference with the bcaa supplementation. Jack3d is so stripped-down it kinda needs little add-ins, I feel to be really effective and I think that's what usp intended. I always add in extra creatine with it and drinking the bcaas during the wo was freakin' awesome. I just started to feel like a machine; spent 75 minutes in the gym with 45 minutes of cardio at the end. :684: <--me at the end of it.

The only real change is the endurance as ststed before.. You will not get tired!!!!! trust me on this.. You will look up @ the clock and say crap I been working out for 3 hours!!! no lie it happens !!!
 
Ok 2.5 of jack is good for me.... I was working hard in gym today... jack gave me the endurance and some power to complete some good old deadlifts....

I was a little sore ( the good sore from the deadlifts) but I got a good work in .... 2.5 scoops of jack nothing real to report.... I am doing legs tomorrow and shoulders!!!!!

Depending on your stim tolerance, two scoops is nice. You get a nice Beta tingle, especially if you take it on an empty stomach. I still feel the stim effect from the dose I took this morning.

Two scoops really kicks it in gear for me. I'm stacking it with RPM as well though so I haven't tried three scoops yet. I imagine bolts of lighting would shoot from my ass if I did that.

I hope I did an ok job on this review (my first)…. This weekend was supposed to be my last week but I know I can give a good review today.


MRJACk3d is a great product; Jack delivered 80% of what it advertized on the tub that by the way (Tub) looks like some kind medical lab thing you see on TV and when they take it turns them superhuman!!! Jack3d advertized -Ultra-Intense Muscle-Gorging Strength, Energy, Power and Endurance.

Personally this did not happen to me I never had Ultra-Intense Muscle-Gorging

Energy and Endurance:
The Energy is just off the chart, clean no jitter, no my heart is going to run out my chest feeling.
Also like the way the energy gives you focus, it feels like someone lifted the fog from your eye and everything is so clear. This makes work out so much fun because you are focus at the task of sweet hard work pushing the limits of inner self. With this much focus I was hoping it turn in to power and strength (for me it did not work that way).
The endurance was just so dam awesome, you can go for ever in the gym. It just make you run through you routine and you are not getting tired you keeping going and going


The endurance plus Focus = A great combination because you can super set you’re a$$ off and not get tired or you do Max rep (100reps tri cable pull downs @ 100lb with out breaking a sweet) Once more no power and strength. Some might say well you did 100reps and that took power and Strength- I will say to you, no it took Focus and endurance mental Focus to ignore the pain and the muscle endurance to complete the set...


Side affects:
after I got done from the gym I felt so tired like I was crashing (look AT my log it tell you how many scoops I had) this happen 2 time. The Fix was eat CHO 45 to hour before taking Jack.\\

Jack over all is islandmagic Go get jacked...
